[Resolved] Ebay.in — Product no refund received | |||
I had bought a mobile phone for ₹7, 590 through Ebay India on 31st July 2016, however when I realised the device was defective, I returned it to Ebay warehouse as directed by Ebay itself. My refund claim was approved by Ebay which promised me a refund of money through DD/Cheque to my registered address, within 15 working days. Confirmation was sent to me on September 2, 2016. When I did not receive my refund, I contacted the customer service who requested me 15 more days for a resolution. They failed again and even with lot of follow-up, till date they keep postponing my refund by saying they need more time. Their Twitter handle is all but a faux show off of customer care. It is a total fraud on their part because I neither have the product nor the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
