Hi I would like to bring to your notice that - I had ordered a acer laptop on 16 march. Due to some resons iraised a request for cancellation with the seller on 17th march which was even before shipment. The seller refused to cancel the order and asked us to speak to ebay customer care, later ebay told us to speak to seller as they cannot do anything. Later selller forced us that they will ship the the order and we can return it back post return ebay will process the return. But after the gap of 13 days what I see is that the payment is not yet returned. Kindly look into this and get this sorted, before i create a bad name for you guys and drag the matter to consumer court. i have the recordings from the seller too.Details of the order are mentioned below.Looking for immediate revert.
