Ebay.in — Product not received and neither the money | |||||
Dear Sir, I order a pair of Philips Speakers on 12th October 2015 PaisaPay Id([protected]) but till today i.e. more than 6 months I havnt received either the money or the product. I have called them more than 15 Times about the same but still no action has been taken by them. I have a call recording in which they agree that I have called them 18 times. Even when a Call gets disconnected they never bother to call back. I want the product back and not the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received a call from ebay on friday and they were asking me the amount of my product, they said their accounts team will call me an hour later but so far i havent received any call.
