I am shiv Shambhu nath jaiswal from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. I am purchase a mobile Motorola x play 32 GB from eBay.com. There are some problem issuing like camera does not battery problem but major problem is camera is not open. I do formate mobile after that problem is continuing as same. I am contact to you but your mobile number is off and contact eBay.com they not give solution and suitable responce also. I gave you a photo of order statement .

Kindly request to you please solve the problem of my mobile.
