Helo, I bought Samsung J7 from ebay black color, bt seller give me black and it was also damaged, when I contacted seller they refused for help, then I claim on ebay and privided damage phn images, now they ask for authorised letter by Samsung, and I go to Samsung care and they can't provide me any help for physical damage.
