I have bought a new Apple iPhone 5S 16GB Space Grey Unlocked - Imported Product - 6 Month Warranty" (Item ID:[protected] on 31-Dec-16 through ebay from your name as seller "imorted-mobiles77-usa" .
I faced the following problem in same product-
1-IMEI number not matching with box IMEI Number.
2-I did not get any invoice by seller for my I phone 5S with mentioning IMEI number.
3-Battery have problem as same get close anytime with less than 30 %battery.
4-Phone already used and login by someone else ID while I start the phone.
5-Main Camera not working in phone.
So I informed ebay and raised An eBay Guarantee* claim on 6 January 2017.After various conversation through ebay finaly they ask me to ship the iphone to your address on 24.01.2017 and provide your address as : HK TRADING CO Address:12/16 (F/F MIDDLE PORTION) WEA KAROL BAGH DELHI-5 New Delhi, India 110005 Mobile Number:-[protected]
I have send the I phone though India post registered facility on 27.01.2017 to your address with transaction no- RU[protected]IN.
As per India post the item delivered on 31.01.2017(as shown in attachment) and declared by India post.
Kindly do needful and refund my money as soon as possible.
