Dear Team, I made a purchase of iphone5s through ebay the product cost was 43000 for which payment was made through citi bank credit card on 3rd of march these are the details for the same. Now the product is not being shipped by the seller till 9th he asked to wait till 1st of april on which I rejected the request and was been confirmed that if the product is not being shipped to you by 9th your money will be refunded. in next 5 days. I have two things to ask and understand. 1. I HAVE TRUSTED EBAY AND NOT THE SELLER THEN WHY IS EBAY NOW GUIDING ME TO SELLER AND WHEN EBAY WAS NOT HAVING THE PRODUCT HOW COME IT WAS SHOWING THE AAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. 2.WHEN ALREADY SPECIFIED TO EBAY THAT THE SELLER IS NOT SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND I NEED THE PRODUCT AT ANY COST BEFORE 15TH THEN WHY ARE THEY DELAYING THE REFUND EITHER THEY SHOULD SHIP THE PRODUCT OR REFUND THE MONEY. I DO NOT KNOW THE SELLER I JUST KNOW EBAY WHOM I PAID THE MONEY THEN NOW WHY AM I BEING DIVERTED TO THE SELLER. Need help as because of this I am missing some good deals because of lack of money. And also at the 1st place it was been updated that within 10 days you will get the refund of money. Its a kind of mental torches which I am facing because of EBAY. Regards Rohit Batra

There are some unfortunate situations when our sellers are not able to
complete orders. We understand your feelings as a buyer and that is the
very reason we review our seller's account every now and then to see if
they are fulfilling orders and providing our buyers a safe online
marketplace.

However, as per eBay policies if the seller doesn't enter the shipping
details within 5 days of transaction an automatic refund gets initiated
by the system. SO in this case it has been initiated on 10th March 2014,
and will get approved on 15th March 2014 if the item doesn't get
delivered to you within this time frame.

We would request you to keep patience till the stipulated timeline gets over.
