[Resolved] Ebay.in — Refund for ebay server problem | |||||
I purchased Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE mobile from ebay on[protected] and my paisapay id is [protected]. Immediately after making the payment, ebay's site said that the item treated as received. as there was some server problem in ebay. I then contacted ebay customer support. Then asked me to wait for 7 days and then to raise a claim in the site which I did. My claim id is 1377804.The maximum timeline mentioned in ebay site for the resolution of any claim is 20 days. I created the claim on[protected]. It's been almost close to a month and still I haven't received the refund. In these 20 days I never got any call back from them nor the Refund. I have contacted them for almost 10 times and every time I call I get the same response that they will arrange for a callback within 72 hours. I got the same response for 5 continuous times. Kidnly help me out with a solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
