I am hariprasad. I have purchased samsung evo 32gb from ebay. I got fake chip. It is not taking any data. I have have spoke to ebay customer care no use. Why ebay is selling fake chips. Please provide refund. Don't cheat customers. More over item seems to be fake. Why ebay is not doing quality check before delivering to customers. Fake company, fake rules. We would like to inform you that we have already processed the refund request from our end on 23-May-2016. Please note that the refund takes 6-8 working days to reflect in your account.
If you wish, you may check with your bank using the following refund details:
Refund Reference Number: FIDB[protected]
However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement with debit entry from the date of the transaction to till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
