[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund not received

Date of incident - 1st october 2015. I received a product from ebay on 24th september which was not working. On 1st October, I filed a return request and asked for my refund. for next 20 days there was no action taken despite me calling you many times. on 24th October I got a mail from [protected]@ebay, com who has undersigned himself as Vinay Pandey, SME logistics, Ebay.in. Vinay wrote in the mail that a fedex person will come to my home to collect the item and I have to give him the printout that he had sent me. they have received the product and did not refund my money. this complain is pending for last 50 days.
