I had purchased one prestige product (kadhai and pans) from ebay on 01-may-2016. and returned because i got bended kadhai. so returned with 1550/- rupees currier charges. i had purchased this product using 1537/- rupees of payback points and 150/- cash on delivery. But after returning and so many follow ups i still did not get my money back. They were suppose to return 1537 (payback points) + 1550 (currier charges) + 150 cash on delivery = 3237 (total) After 3 months i did not get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
