Dear sir

I have purchase a sony xperia dual black sr. No. [protected] model no. E5333 vide order no. [protected] on dated 11.12.2015 amounting rs. 16898/- through ebay.
Since 5-6 months my phone is working properly, then i visited sony authorised service centre, but they refuse to give me service with the comment that your phone model is singapore model we can not give you service in india, you have to go to singapore to take the services for repair.

Now you are requested to resolve my issue immediately or provide me a new handset even after warranty period as you have cheated me to give the singapore set.

Sir my claim 3595622 to damage mobile send me my order coolpad note 5 lite mobile and seller send my product but box open mobile no sim holder and down side open patches my request for replacement but seller accept refund
