[Resolved] Ebay.in — Sony xperia c4 service denied at sony service centre | |||||
Dear sir, This is unfortunate to advise that the sony experia c4, imei no.[protected] that i purchased from ebay, seller sarf trading vide order no. [protected] on 04.11.2015 has developed touch screen problem. I submitted this at the local sony authorised service centre sree laxmi services, balasore, odisha on 31.05.2016. Although they have advised me that the defect is a manufacturing defect and promised to replace the touch panel within 7 days, they told verbally after 3 days that since it was a online purchase and the set was manufactured in hong kong they would not provide me any service even though there is warranty.
