I have purchased one scaptre full hd smart android led tv (43"full hd) on line through amazon vide order no[protected], invoice no sdeb-66, hr-sdfb[protected] dated[protected]. The tv s=supplied on 4.10.18 and installation done on 11.10.18. The issues are-
1- the tv is not giving any sign of smart tv, also declared by the installation person.
2. The home screen shows the sign"not available"
3. The wall mounting bracket are not matching with tv slots.
4. The supplied item to be replaced or returned back.

    I had ordered sony xperia xa1 mobile phone through flipkart in december 2017. My product is under seller warranty. The sony service centre told me that my phone has been imported from singapore and cannot be serviced in india. I'm having issues with the touch and charging of the phone. As i'm a student and living in another city it is difficult for me to manage without my phone so i kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

      I had purchased redmi 4a from ebay on 22nd january. I had received the order but the phone is missing. The box which was delivered to me was also a wrong box. The name printed on the box was redmi note 3 which was different from what i ordered. Also the box was consisting a marble stone along with usb, pin and adapter. There was also the bill provided by the seller. Accordingly i reported this to ebay and registered claim 3414771 on 24th january. The responded to me after 20 days saying that they have coordinated with the fedex courier and matched the weight of the product on delivery as well as on shipping. It was same and so they rejected my claim asking me to contact seller for resolution. Unfortunately the seller also did not provide me resolution. Hence i am in a deep trouble facing problems for my phone as well as my money. I had also wasted one month in getting a resolution from this. I did not want to waste more time on lodging a complaint at police so i asked the seller that he has not provide me the whole amount but only half of it. Then also he did not agreed with me. Also i donot hav the imei details so that i can track it.

      Henceforth please help me in this matter so that i can get a resolution from the seller side.

      Also the box was i received was from india and not from china. The box should have been imported one. The ebay claim was being rejected because they only matched the weight and did not look for anything else.. The box was weight was same because it consisted of marble stone which made the weight heavier. There is a complete fraud going either from seller or from courier side.

        I have sent my bb passport to sarf trading which was under seller warrenty.
        Now they are saying, your phone is working why you had sent it to chennai.
        And next sentence is that - you have opened your phone outside, so we cant give you service. What does it mean? After reading all issues regarding warrenty from this company, only conclusion that online shopping is total fraud.

          निवेदन के साथ आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि
          मैने ebayसे 18 जुलाई को mi redmi note 4 mobile phone खरीदा जिसका mic और touch panel ठीक से काम नही कर रहा है। mi service center में दिखाने पर वे warranty प्रदान नही रहे है।इसलिये कि ebay उनका आनलाइन पार्टनर नही है ।ebay वालो से बात कि तो वे विक्रेता से बात करने को कहा। sarf trading के फोन विक्रेता मोहम्मद रफि से बात कि तो वे भी टाल मटोल करने लगे ।ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि मोहम्मद रफि से जो फोन मिला है वो फोन पुराना है उसकी पैकिंग हमे वारंटी card और सिम पिन भी नही मिला था ।फोन के रसीद पर 6 माह वारंटी कि बात लिखी गयी है।
          आपसे निवेदन करना है कि आप इस प्रकरण कि जांच कर कार्यवाही करें ।

              Due to some technical preoblm i was going for local surat based mi center. They are deny that this is not mi original phone hence not possible to aceept.

              Please confirm based on given model and order no should it original or not? If it is original then y mi center deny to accept it and resolve the issue.
              Its really afraid me if this trusted site and seller selling this type of fraud products.

                I bought this mobile on 13th june and has been sent by me within a months time to sarf trading for power button issue. I had spoken to service centre associates and didn't open ebay claim as i bought 6 mobiles from them till date. I sent them the mobile to rectify the issue and your service centre send it to me with another issues in it so the day i received it i couriered it back to sarf trading and after so many calls and messages you send it back to me without rectifying the issue. Again i send it for the service centre and told very strictly to send me another piece as it is almost 1month and 24 days i am not using it and i don't know in future what will happen with the product serviced by you so i am demanding the replacement because it's all your fault not mine first speak and record my every call and messages and you will find how harresed i am because of you all.

                Issue has been resolved by the seller after 3 months. Customer care has to take care of the customer more seriously. However i still recommend the seller as i was buying mobiles from sarf trading form last 5 years taking this case as exception.

                  I bought iphone 6 64gb for rs.27000 from ebay seller: shabbeerhf1 i bought on 14 april on 5 july i has stopped working it under seller warranty for 6 months it any problem seller will resolve or replace the item. It is clearly mentioned in invoice.
                  I contacted him and reshipped the item back to seller but he never repair and resolve the issue i waited more than 22 days till now no response from his side. So i contacted ebay now seller is telling the buyer opened the phone outiside so we cant repair and we will return phone phone we cant do anything. But i never serviced the phone out side he telling lie to reject the repair or replacement.
                  I called him more than 100 times but to reply from his side..
                  The quality of product they selling very cheap for 27000 not even working for 3 months even 5000 phone working good more than 2 years.

                    Just beware of sarf trading - chennai.

                    Online portals like amazon; e-bay; snapdeal must check the authenticity of the seller.

                    I bought nexus 5x from ebay from this seller with 1yr seller warranty. Now before completion of 1 year this device stopped working. As desired over the phone and e-mail and mentioned on the invoice i sent the mobile by courier to their chennai address on 26 june, 2017.

                    After speaking several times to the e-bay associates (Roopa - salman - nirali - bhupesh - priyanka - awadh), i got an assurance from ms. Nirali that i would get my mobile shipped to me in working condition with an extended warranty by the seller - sarf trading on 20th july, 2017 and they would call me before doing the courier but alas nothing happened and they (Sarf trading - seller from chennai)... Are real fraud sellers and must be banned from selling any electronics goods.

                    I have been a regular online buyer from different portals and never shared such issues.

                    Also find enclosed the Online purchase details done almost approaching a Year back of Google - LG - Nexus 5X phone and the Invoice came along with the Handset by the SARF Trading - Chennai where they have clearly mentioned the Seller Warranty - for One Year (software and Hardware).

                    The Invoice is dated on 04th August, 2016 and I am updating up this consumer complaint on 22nd July, 2017.

                    Horrible...!!!

                      On 23 march, 2017 i purchased a smartphone (Red mi pro duos 64gb) from e-bay.in for rs.15330.00 – order no. [protected]. The phone was delivered by seller - (Nasir_m15) which is working in sarf trading, chennai, tamilnadu.

                      Please find copies of my receipt and the warranty attached.

                      I used the phone for two weeks with no problems. On 15 april 2017 the phone lags in online video streaming and also camera captured blurred images. I checked the user manual and followed all the steps listed in the trouble-shooting guide, but nothing helped. The phone appears to be faulty and is now unfit for its purpose – that is, it no longer makes satisfied to me.

                      I message them through ebay to provide valuable suggestion to me. They told me to return the product after that they suggest what will be done. I returned the phone on 25 april 2017 and asked nasir, their sales representative, if he could repair the phone, or replace it with a new item.

                      They inspected the phone found minor bug fixes. As it was a discontinued model and your store no longer had any in stock, they explained that i could take take it after repair or take full refund instead of this. I want full refund of my item. They requested e-bay to refund the buyers whole money. They told me that money will be refunded in 7-8 day max because its offline refund.

                      After 8 day, i called to e bay customer care to take update of my refund process. They told me that refund is under processing wait to update by our team. After that i called to e-bay many times they put the same answer. I talk to e-bay head of department, they told me that money was refunded to seller on 22 may 2017 you talk to seller to refund you.

                      Seller refuse to take my calls and told me that money refunded only by e-bay.
                      I was totally confused between seller and mediator (E-bay) who will refund me. Please help me to solve this issue.

                      I am within my rights to request a refund for a replaced product.

                      I have noted all e-bay calls reference no's but they rejected the application provided by me or seller.

                      Please check the bills attached with this document so that you will better understand the dates of my issue.

                      Kindly take it serious and provide me a valuable suggestion. If any other information you need please inform me so that i will provide you my best.

                          Now 2 months are gone they giving lots of fake reasons that "they don't have motherboard", "they will give me replacement", they want more time...

                            I have one-year hardware and sofware warranty for my mobile lg v10. I had handed over my phone to the service center within this period due to a software issue. It has been almost two months, i did not get any satisfying reply or a replacement of my product. According to their company policy, they should rectify the issue within 20 days, if fail to do so should give a replacement.in this case, clearly, they have failed in both. I have tried many times to contact the service representatives, but they do not even attend my calls or reply to my emails properly. I had informed the service center about raising a complaint, and i even visited the service center in chennai by myself which is almost 800kms away, but the result was negative. That is why i am raising this complaint. Sarf trading cheated me and cheating everyone. Please take necessary actions soon.

                                I bought samsung a9 pro mobile from sarf trading, chennai through ebay on[protected].in january it raised a some software problem. I had given the mobile at sarf trading for issue rectification. I given the mobile by hand to an employee of sarftrading. On[protected]. They told me it will be ready by one week. Till now i called them many times and communicated through mails they are not responding and two times they lied to me that ur mobile is ready plz send ur brother to collect. But my brother came back with empty hands. But now they are telling give me some more time. It is already 1 month my mobile is in sarf trading. I bought the mobile for my use not to retain in service center. So plz solve my problem

                                  Actually i brought coolpad note 5 (Worth10590) from ebay. After a period of a month its sensor, headphone jack started giving problem. Its auto brightness, compass, g-sensor, accelerometer and rotation got restricted. I restarted the product several times but the problems are there only i'm not able to play games as well as sometime the fingerprint sensor get bit slower. The headphone, when inserted after period of time they caused the completely turn-off sound.
                                  Its first time i'm ordering it from sarftrading and such a cheap product was given. Even the box of the product was completely mashed up looking rubbish.

                                  So want it to be repaired. What procedure i have to do and what is alternative for this problem. Let me know. Asap

                                    My paisa pay id is[protected]. For sony xperia m5 dual purchased on 16th april 2016. From ebay.in. Half of the screen is flickering. Some times line also comes but after using some tme it goes automatically. As my device is under warranty so i request you to give me replacement because warranty is going to end after 10 days and if after repair same problem comes i'll be in loss.

                                      I Rajesh Kurdia living at chembur mumbai, i bought HTC mobile from ebay and mobile came from "channai From SARF TRADING ", and the mobile was faulty means hanging, so We communicate with ebay about faulty mobile they suggest us to send to SARF TRADING, I contact to boss of sarf trading shop, he said us for courier the mobile and we courier the mobile on 10/12/2017, and he honestly said that we will replace or repair and send to you asap, but till 3 months gone he is not receiving the mobile ( [protected] Name : IBRAHIM sarf trading owner), and if i call from any other number he says that today we ship and will give tracking number and next time he put our number on black list or not pickup. kindly help me please

                                        Sir my exact problem is that my camera don't focus the image!!! If I click a picture all I get is a blur image there is some issue with camera !!! I got my mobile on 10 dec and used it on 19 dec 2016 when I first used my mobile it suddenly tripped off and I complained about that to seller and eBay too then they asked me to send the mobile for sorting the issue !!! i sent the mobile to them on dec 20 2016 through professional courier (VJA1347263) and he recieved on 21 .They said it is a mother board issue and they almost took one whole month for repairing !!! I got my mobile again on Jan 27, 2017 and when I used the camera it doesn't focus at all and all i get are blurred images so this is my second issue with same phone !!! Sir please it has almost been 2 months since I had my mobile !!! I have been mailing and calling on mobile to seller but the seller is not responding properly pls refund back my money or sort this issue as soon as possible
