[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Stealing money through sells

I order a “Canon NB-8L Lithium-Ion Battery Pack + canon CB-2la Charger Include+ Wrty Item ID:[protected], Order Id: [protected]-[protected] though online shopping eBay, my PaisaPay ID [protected]”, this was a defective product so i returned it before 15/12/15. I called seller he also told me money will refund before that you have to sent back the product to the seller and waiting for my money refund. Right now he is not willing to receive my phone called and eBay is ignored my claim. I want justices to resolve the stealing money. I am till suffering to get my money back

Dear Sir, It has been long time to do a complaint against ebay. But no result has come through any circumstances. ebay only mailed me by the [email protected]. before 5 days. till now no sing of implementation. I want to see the ending. Thank you Regards Upendra Nayek

hello sir, i tried to asked my money from you people as well as seller. It has been 1 month and 12 days. I made more then 10 STD calls to seller and 3 times online chat to ebay help desk, 2 times mail to seller, 11 times makes complaint against seller to ebay. What do you want me to get my money ?????????????????
