Dear sir i order for samsung 32 gb memory card and which received to me damaged and unfunctional from ebay india site.i raise for claim and return of product to ebay and ebay reject my return and claim said that the product have 5 year manufacturing warranty but the ebay provide 100 % paisa pay gurantee this is the duty of ebay to return and refund .100% paisa pay is the rule of ebay display on the site.according to his rule this is the responsibility of ebay site. the product send by ebay seller is samsung duplicate brand and make a fraud to consumer.buyer transactions detail-paisa pay id -[protected]. applicant name-virendra vyas.mobileno-[protected], ebay consumer [protected]@gmail.com.
