eBay India — Refuse to give refund on also on their fault

I have purchased a samsung charger from eBay and it was not working and when call to customer care they give me ridiculous reason that the charger is only compatible with only s3/s4/s4 model but they also mansion in the post that is also working with other samsung android phone when i try to explain them but they do not listen to me and refuse to refund money and worst service from eBay India. here is other details PaisaPay ID [protected](blue dart courier) my number:[protected] screen shot attached
