Jan 17th: Phone J5 ordered: 17th Jan. Promise to deliver phone by 23rd Jan Feb 2nd - seller claims phone delivered - BLUE DART tracking number incorrect (as confirmed by BLUE DART site) Feb 10th: raised refund 14th Feb - seller asked to provide proof by 16th Feb. Resolution date planned by 14th Feb Resolution date changed to 16th Feb Today is 20th Feb and no update yet from ebay or seller - except for sorry for inconvenience Phone cost: 11731.00 Attached is the claim I've raised. How to proceed; what to do? Ebay customer care representatives have no authority or knowledge and are just apologizing and that they will get back. I was also supposed to receive a call from claim department of ebay by 14th Feb. But no call received. Appreciate any suggestion on how to proceed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
