Ebay Online — Worst customer support team | |||||
I have purchased a lenovo hand set from ebay. The product was in worse condition as if someone has used it before. When i asked for the ebay gaurantee claim, they told me that the complete process may take the maximum of 10-15days. I daily received a message that product would be collected from place today but by the end of the day no one visits to collect it and despite this i used to get a fake message in the evening that someone has visited our place to collect the product but we were not available. Finally On the 15th day my product was reserved picked from my place but after that i had received no revert from their team. On talking to the customer support number they every time give the assurance to sort the matter at the earliest by prioritizing my complaint. But it never happens. Today its been the 5 the day since the reverse pickup was done and on contacting their team, they need around 3-4 days time to revert me back with the status. Moreover they said that they will refund me back my amount via demand draft which would be received by me after 10-15 days of the update. This is ridiculous. They have such a laid back attitude towards the customer support. It was the worst experience shopping with ebay. I would never recommend anyone to go and take the services from ebay.
