We ordered a mobile phone through ebay. Payment terms were only before delivery. We made payment by debit card. To our shock when we reveived parcel on opening found empty box. We raised claim. We were informed by ebay need not worry product is covered under ebay guarantee. But on 8th day ebay informed that our claim is rejected as it was delivered under 500gm. On checking shipping details attached to the parcel it says est wt. 0.3kg seller was continously writing need not worry. Seller also wrote we will revert back on getting material into his end. Suddenly on 11th august seller informed that as your claim is rejected by ebay so contact ebay.
