[Resolved] eBay — Regarding payment settlement of returned item to buyer | |
I had purchased item from ebay, item no.[protected] and item description RO Water Purifier Complete Service Kit For 1 Year (Original Parts USA Make).on date[protected] and payment was done through HDFC bank Debit Card and PaisaPay ID [protected].After Some delay in delivery from onetouchshoping i had raised claim with claim id 799323.And claim was resolved.But when i have received item, i checked but item was not as described.so i have returned this item to seller through blue dart courier with reference no.[protected], date[protected]and seller has also received this item on date[protected] at 15:50 .After that i contacted to seller many time but he is not responding and also contacted chat support team of ebay 2 time but they are not answering properly.So when there is time of returning money to customer at that time they responding.So you are requested to needful as soon as possible.
There is no any "Ebay Guarantee" they only just do for marketing purpose for their business.
Previously i had posted complain but they are replying just like it will take time and customer care executive will contact you and we investigating for your issue.
But when, we ask them regarding how much time will be taken for resolve this issue, then they are replying only one message it will take time and customer care executive will contact you and we investigating for your issue. Was this information helpful? | |
