I have purchased samsung 32gb memory card in ebay.in, i have received that product was 21 may 2016 that samsung memory cards are damaged that is not worked. i have raise a claim on 22 may 2016 i have a replacement. till date ebay is not responding i have send many mails to ebay but not responding . memory cards claim id :2009274 paisapay id:[protected] tilldate that is 1 jun 2016 not respons. on 22 may 2016 one massage was displayed i, e your claim was yet to me prossed in today i, e 1 jun 2016 itself same massage was displayed Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have raised a claim on 22 may 2016 but not solved my problem its around 14days completed. how many days i have to be waited, if your not solved my problem with in 2 days i will complaint on consumer court.
