[Resolved]  Ebay seller Indiamart2014 — Phone's warranty rejected

The complaint is to filed over a shop named "India Mart 2014" Who promised to deliver a one year Seller warranty on the product xperia z1. As i used the product for 5 months the product seems to be dead . The seller asked me to sent back the product to him for free repair under warranty .As i shipped the item he is saying that the warranty seal is broken and no warranty will given on the product .At same time he opened the product and made its condition more vulnerable . He also threatened me that unless i pay the shipping charge of Rs.400, i will not get the phone back . The seller is trying to fool me by saying some technical term whenever i called him .
