[Resolved] Ebay.in — an ebay seller cheated me and ebay guarantee claim taking too long | |||
Sir, I have purchased 3 number of toyshine remote rc car worth 999rs a single piece on jan 22nd 2018 from ebay seller sunshine. Gifts and prepaid the order inorder to get extra 10% discount. Product was delivered (Paisapay id [protected]) on 30th jan 2018 but there was only a single quantity and i have ordered and paid for 3 quantity. By package size i got a doubt and opened package in front of fedex courier guy and he is a witness and he himself told me to raise a claim as it was under ebay guarantee. I raised a claim (Id 3425904) and i was told by ebay represantative that i will be contacted by ebay by 3rd feb if seller doesnt respond. Ebay called me on 4th feb as i mailed them and they promised to get resolution in 48hrs. After 3 days i again mail ebay and they again they told me a time frame of 48hrs, now its feb 14 still no help have been received either from ebay nor seller. I have repeatedly called seller and they are responding. This is so unfair that the same seller is happily cheating more customers (As high number of negative reviews of seller on ebay by customers) and ebay is not doing anything about it. Feb 19, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Ebay told me to return the 1pc i have got and they will initiate a refund as seller is not responding. But the product received was used as i was unaware that they will ask me to return what i got and it was nearly a month. I taught that they will sent me 2 more quantity i paid for or they will refund the amount for 2pcs i didn't received like i was told when raising a claim. I told the same to ebay customer service guys and they told me to return the product anyway and they promised i will get a refund. I would have even been happy to get 2pc money refund because i dont want seller to loose money also.
Anyway Thank you ebay for resolving my problem.
