Dear Sir,
I have bought one laptop on march 17th 2012,during that time i have entered one assured gift promotion code ( EBAYMAR002 ) for MICROMAX MOBILE.Later i receive the laptop with in the timeline.
i must need to receive the promotion gift with in 45-60 days as per the ebay policies.
but still today since march 17th almost 70days gone but there is no proper response from ebay india and really trusted this online shopping website but its making me lots of bad impressions and all.
i bought the laptop only for the gift promotion,they are cheating me from the past 30 days by saying something and they are provided any deadline an i have contacted almost 10 times regarding this issue with customer support executive but everyone says a false and unworthy things and there is no synchronization with the customer support executive about the buyer's issue and all.
kindly help me to get the promotion gift ( MICROMAX X-600 ).
Pls find the attachment about the purchase of the laptop and date of purchasing.

    APPLE IPHONE 4S 32 GB IOS5 8 MP CAMERA :: FACTORY UNLOCKED MOBILE PHONE purchased from eBay India on 04/May/2012 from seller clickbuy.in. the deadline for shipment was 10/May/2012 and Delivery deadline was 13/May/2012.
    I got the following message "the seller shipped the item on 06-May-12 and is required to deliver the item by 13-May-12. The shipping details are:
    Courier name: BLUE DART
    Airway bill number: [protected]"
    This number is incorrect and on bluedart it is not showing.
    The seller is not contactable from 08/May onwards, they kept on saying even til 12/May that the product has been shipped.
    I was in contact with eBay customer support from 12/May onwards and they asked me to initiate refun after 13/May/2012.
    I did initiate the refund on 14/May/2012 and the cooling period was 5 days and they promised that the refund will be start on 19/May/2012.
    On 16/May I got a call from the seller clickbuy.in and when I asked about the bluedart courier they said they filed a complaint but cannot provide proof. Then I asked them to refund the money. they agreed to refund the money.
    But eBay insisted then I need to wait till 18/May/2012 without providing any transparency on what they are doing from their side.
    On 19/May I approached the eBay Customer service to discuss about the refund which was not approved till morning 10:00 am, they said it will be done by end of the day. @1:30pm on 19/May/2012 I got a call from clickbuy.in apologising profusely and asking me not to take any action or provide negative feedback and said they approved by refund. I got a mail from eBay at 6:45pm today saying that the refund is kept on hold on the sellers request. Now they are investingating and say it will take another 20 days. I find these are all delay tactics and I do not have any transparency. I see that seller is palying games and I am concerned if my amount(~42k) will be refunded or not. Can you help ?

    Same thing happened to me. The Seller is android.curve1. He did not ship the item but provided a fake shipping details. Now my refund request is On Hold. Let's hope eBay take care of it correctly.
    finally I got my refund after a lot of follow-up and escalations

      I have bought a leather case cover for my I Pad, through www.ebay.in on 22 April, Paisa Pay ID for the transaction is [protected], but after two days noticing the reviews about the quality of the item i had cancelled the order and asked for a refund of the money. But ebay is holding the refund with out giving any proper reasons, when i contacted the customer care and registered the complaint they have given a reference no - 1-[protected], and told me that, customer care executive will contact me with in 48 hours to solve this, but all promises went in vain and nobody contacted me and i have not received my money. Pl suggest me a way forward to get my money back.

        I have purchased a pair of Biker gloves from 'westcoastcustoms_shop' member on 27/01/12. When we received the gloves, both were for Right Hand. So I contacted the seller and informed the same. The seller later asked me to courier the Gloves back to him and he promised to send back the Right Pair of Gloves within few days. I spent 150/- Rs to send it back and the courier status says that the seller has received the gloves. But still I have not got the replacement gloves from the Seller. I have sent quite few messages and the seller is not responding. Kindly suggest as what can be done with this issue. I have bought so many items online and this is my worst experience with the online shopping with www.ebay.in.

          My personal advice to everyone who is planning to shop through eBay India, especially from cart2india seller, never ever buy anything, you will be cheated for sure.
          I bought Mens rogaine for 1month supply from ebay (worth Rs. 2289)on April 9th 2012, after a long long wait I got it delivered by 1st of May 2012. When I checked what I found was a damaged can of Rogaine with 10% of what it should be in it, rest of it all leaked.
          I gave a complaint with ebay on 1st May itself, till I now didn't even got a call back from your side. I am planning to file a case with Indian Consumer Court.

          cart2india is the fraud seller, beware..Never buy anything from them. Don't be cheated with their review, they are all framed ones. I know a number of sites (microworkers) who provide paid reviews for sites like ebay, amazon etc.

            Hi,

            I bought a mobile (Xperia x10 mini pro) on ebay from hurrah.in seller. It was a unlocked mobile. Priced at Rs. 8390.

            When I received the mobile the bill said the cost was around 4k. Which i din consider much coz I got the mobile and do not have time to get in to dog fight. On the mobile again there were faults. The keypad keys were not working properly. When i hit the period key ".". it shows "a". Question mark will give period. And the keyboard back light would also not work.

            Again this is something I thought I can live with as I did not want to waste time and would not be able to send the mobile off as I do not have another spare.

            It was getting irritating as the back light was not working and i had sent the mobile for servicing to the seller as the product was covered under one year seller warranty.

            The product was received by the hurrah.in seller on April 16th, 2012 and until April 20th, 2012 they did not confirm if they had received it even after countless calls.

            Finally they agreed they have received the mobile and on April 27th, 2012 they said they had send they are replacing the mobile and was shipped. I asked for the shipping details and the gentleman said he will send it by evening. I was following up for the shipping information for 3 days and finally on Tuesday (1/5/2012) they had sent me the shipping details.

            After I got the shipping details I checked with the courier company and found the tracking number was invalid. I called them again and they said it is the right shipping number and the number will show up on the system by Wednesday night 10 pm. Again I was bearing with them and checked back on Wednesday, but the tracking number still did not work. Called them again and this time they spoke in a different tone and said I was disturbing them and the tracking number will show up by Thursday night 10 pm. But again it did not show up.

            I called them today (4/5/2012, Friday) and they say that they cannot help any further and I can take any action possible. I really do not have the time for dog fights. I am not sure how I can resolve the problem and get my mobile back.

            u should have made a complaint on ebay itself...also as much as I know they provide a 7 day money back window
            no wonder its a fraud website..even we bought a mobile and already paid 2 emi's but dint get a working mobile or money back.
            They got such a pathetic customer service rep who is so adamant and sounds very very rude..

            We are getting item every time on time and as per commitment only !!!
            I also purchased some handset and i did not face any kind of problem till now it sometimes happen but it is not fake because they provide full support in inquiries and they have a customer service support .They function in a good manner.

              SIR, I PURCHASED ANOIAL NOVO7 4.0 TABLET FROM EBAY INDIA. WHICH WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED TO US. IT WAS HAVING ALL SOFTWARES IN CHINESE AND EVEN ITS MANUAL IN CHINESE LANGUAGE. SO I CONTACTED EBAY AS PER THEIR POLICY AND APPLIED FOR REFUND AND AS PER THEIR ADVICES I SENT THE TABLET BACK TO SELLER. AFTER 20 DAYS I AGAIN GOT THAT TABLET IN SAME CONDITIONS BUT DID NOT GET ANY REFUND. NOW AGAIN AS I TRY TO CHARGE IT, ITS CHARGER BRUSTS AND ITS BATTERY BACKUP REDUCES VERY MUCH SO I SENT ALL THESE DETAILS THROUGH MAIL AND TELEPHONICALLY TO EBAY AND SELLER BUT EBAY DID NOT CONTACTED ME. I CONTACTED SELLER AND WAS ADVISED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THEM AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME AFTER DUDUCTION OF 20% CHARGES WHICH THEY HAVE TO BEAR I.E. 6400.00. BUT TILL DATE NEITHER I HAVE RECEIVED TABLET BACK NOR ANY PAYMENT. I TRIED TO CONTACT EBAY BUT OF NO USE. I CONTACTED TO SELLER BUT THEY TALK TO ME ONLY IN ENGLISH AND ALSO ALWAYS VOICE IS NOT CLEAR FROM THEIR SIDE. EVERY TIME THEY TELL ME THAT YOU WOULD BE INFORMED AFTER AN HOUR BUT NO BODY INFORMED ME. TILL TIME I HAVE SPENT A LOT FOR CONTACTING THESE FELLOWS BUT OF NO USE.

                I had purchased Mobile from Ebay. Within one month it malfunctioned and giving hell of trouble. I reported this matter to Ebay. Ebay responded that they are not responsible and told to contact to vendor directly. I contacted vendor and he told to send the mobile to his place (Kolkata, Mr. Prabhu Sarwagi From Sales India). I thought I will try nearest mobile care center as it was in warranty. When I visited the mobile care I was shocked by hearing that the mobile is china made and not genuine and we are not giving warranty / services for such a mobile. So I had to send this mobile to vendor place. After sending the mobile vendor had confirmed that he had received the same with battery and will send back to me when ever it will be repaired. I had sent this mobile before 10 month but still he didn't sent it back to me. Even now he is not lifting the mobile or replying to mail.

                Ebay and this people had cheated me. I bought this mobile by my hard earn money and they looted.

                Ebay is so irresponsible, they don't have any care for customer. And ebay vendor sales India is so pathetic.

                I don't know, whether I will get my mobile back or not? I think never.

                Pl. beware any electronic Item from Ebay and think twice. You will get better such thing in low price any where else.

                Also confirm that the product is genuine and warranty is available in all over India, not at vendor place.

                  I purchased mobile phone online from Ebay. Within one month it malfunctioned. When I reported this matter to Ebay they told they are not responsible and ask to contact vendor directly. When I went to nearest mobile care shop they told this is china model and they are not giving guarantee for such a model. As this is in vendor warranty period I talk to vendor (as directed by Ebay) and explained the problem to vendor, he told to sent to mobile though courier to his place. I sent the mobile to his office and he confirmed that he had received the mobile and when it was repaired he will send back to me. I sent this mobile in last August and now the vendor is not lifting the phone or replying to mail. I purchased this mobile by my hard earn money and these people had cheated me (both ebay and sales India).

                  Pl. think twice before buying electronics goods from ebay,/ sales.India. Also confirm the product is genuine.

                    I have purchased an Lakme Sunscream Loation which offered by ebay.in by an e-mail. which priced 29 in place of 70 which is original price of that. So i was purchased it but after making payment ebay removed the product & Says Sorry for that. But what is the Hell is that, My money is gone . That is the cheating with consumers . they said that the supplier was not compatible with ebay's Terms & Cond.

                      Wanted to share my horrific experience with ebay india, to caution other online customers.

                      1) Purchased Blackbery device from Seller=mobmantra1 - PaisaPay ID [protected] on 23Feb2012
                      2) Exchanged emails with seller, who confirmed on email tht the device is genuine and new in original blackberry packing
                      3) Received product after a week, the product was not what the seller had promised to ship.
                      4) Under the ebay.in guarantee, I raised claim # 81605 on 09Mar2012.
                      5) No action from ebay.in for 2 weeks. I then called up customer support - they said they will escalate this to their claim department.
                      6) The seller called in the meantime and agreed that I should send the product back to him and he would instruct ebay.in to refund my money.
                      7) Deafening silence from ebay.in. Abruptly the status of the Claim is changed to Closed stating that the buyer has asked to close the claim - blatantly false. On calling ebay customer support I learn that the status change has been done by Nilesh Tambe.I call ebay cutomer support on 24March and I also drop ebay india an email - no response
                      8) I call up ebay customer support again on 04Apr2012, they patch me up to Ravindra Pandey. This gentleman looks at the system and keeps repeating that the buyer has asked to close the claim. I refute this. Then Ravindra says possibly someone else answered my mobile when Nilesh Tambe called and gave consent - this is rubbish, I always answer my own mobile calls.I tell him that I am not satisfied with the redressal and want to escalate to the head of ebay India - he refuses to give me the details and instead asks me to drop another email to
                      <[protected]@ebay.com> which ebay india would respond to .He also says that they will retrieve the call details that Nilesh Tambe purportedly made to me and verfify.
                      9) There has been no response to my emails.

                      This is a blatant scam from ebay india - they make rosy claims on their website about safeguarding buyers under the guarantee. They just rip off people. There is zilch accountability. They just take customers for granted and take people for a ride.

                      I hope the govt agencies do something to penalise ebay india to stop such blatant misuse of the ecommerce platform in India. It is ironic that ebay india claims to be an evangelist of ecommerce in India - they actually practice just the opposite - this does not bode well for the Indian ecommerce space.

                      I hope established palyers like Amazon commence direct busness in India soon and wipe out the fradulent companies. I make online purchases on Flipkart, letsbuy and have had no issues with them.

                      Whatever the above mentioned is true. I purchased item from Grab more seller is from mumbai. He is not ready to replace the damaged item infact ebay is also silent. Do not believe ebay, and do not purchase from Grab more store mumbai, not trust worthy. he sent the item very late and that to be damaged one and if i give negativefeedback he is now abusing me by mailing me. Dont buy from him and ebay

                      My story with ebay is horrible experience:

                      1) I buy a Samsung note 4 (white color for Rs.15, 639.08) from Gromo_deals. Feb 10th.
                      2) He sends me a BLACK / display broken phone!
                      3) I contact the seller about the defect phone immediately!
                      4) I raise a claim in eBay. EBay advises me to check with the seller before they step in.
                      5) The seller asks me to send the EMIE number, then he asks to send photos, then he asks me to send videos of the defect phone. I provided all! The worst part was that, there was no provision to upload videos in eBay requested by the seller. So I ask his e-mail id and through Google drive I send the videos.
                      4) He asks me to ship back the product. I ship it through India post.
                      5) He writes to me that the product I sent was not ours and the display is not ours. (In eBay e-mail)
                      6) Next surprise comes from eBay is that the seller didn t receive the parcel. That I should provide the proof of sending the parcel and the delivery run sheet.
                      7) I upload the sent receipt, and delivery run sheet, the weight and cost of the product to them in eBay Guarantee Portal .
                      8) I call up the seller directly, another surprise comes up is that the seller mentions to me that the received parcel is EMPTY.
                      9) Then I question the seller and put in eBay Guarantee portal also: How do the seller claimed in the e-mail to me that the product is not theirs and the display is not theirs: FIRST: They claimed they haven't received SECOND: they claimed to have received an empty parcel.
                      10) The seller accuses me that I have changed the display and now he has sent the product to service center. Now how the seller would knows anything of the display of the return product if he disowned the phone in first place?
                      11) The seller writes that he would send the phone I ordered! I agree to this solution!
                      12) Suddenly, a declaration letter from the courier. Now I am stuck with India Post declaration letter, as When I asked about this declaration letter at India Post office, they questions me why would they give one as they have no idea of what contents i sent..
                      12) Now, my seller has the last laugh and eBay too, even clearly knowing that the seller had cheated and lied throughout the whole process, In the end customer is the loser! Money, allot of time, energy, peace ALL GONE!
                      13) NOW I HAD ASKED EBAY TO ASK THE SELLER TO PROVIDE ME THE SAME DECLARATION LETTER FROM HIS COURIER WHEN HE SENT ME THE PARCEL I ORDERED FROM HIM>
                      (ITEM NAME, COLOR, EMIE NO, SPECIFICATIONS AND VALUE )

                      THIS ISSUE IS GOING ON FOR A MONTH! I TRIED MY BEST TO FIND A RESOLUTION WITH SELLER, I EVEN ASKED HIM TO SEND SOME OTHER PHONE TO COMPENSATE BUT ITS GOING ON AND ON!
                      NOW MY MONEY IS WITH EBAY, THE PHONE IS WITH THE SELLER! I AM SUFFERING HERE!

                        Fraud seller available on eBay . eBay does not help or support in warranty issues & fake products. eBay got a narrow minded view of just selling the product. Such kind of poor service cann't be expect from such a big brand. I lost huge money in Buying products from eBay . I made many complaints but eBay does not respond back. No solution provided ever.


                        I bought a Sony LCD 40inch from eBay seller for 36000 rs. The product was promised 1 year warrenty by the seller on eBay . I lost 36000 rs as the seller denied to provide warrenty within 6 months of purchase. The LCD is not working at all. When i reached seller , he told me to pay 18000 rs to get the LCD repaired. I made many complaints to eBay . Dropped emails to eBay to resolve the issue. eBay does not reply to emails. When i contacted the eBay customer-care, they said eBay provide support only within 1 month of purchase provide complete evidence provided by the buyer. After 1 month eBay cannot help you at all. They also denied to remove that seller & that product from the eBay site.


                        I will not recommend anyone to buy from eBay even in dreams.Shame on eBay

                        Don't waste your hard earned money by buying from eBay.

                        I purchase a Sony 26 inch BX 300 LCD TV ,on 12/06/2010 from B.R.Roy & Sons Pvt.Ltd.30, S.N. Banerjee Rd, Barrackpore. During the time of purchase, they told me it cost Rs-24,900/- & they debit the amount from my HDFC Bank card.Then I ask for my bill they told me they will send it later. On 24/07/2010, they send me the bill through thair shop worker by hand to hand and the amount that was written is Rs-24,452/-.on Bill. When I ask why this happen ? They don’t give me any answer. I think that I am cheat by him. Can you give me the reason that why they cheat me? In this connection it will be noted that the date of bill & the date of challan are not same-what is this ? I am sending the Bill & Challan copy for the said set.

                            I ordered 2 Android 7" Tablet from ebay.in. But when I received order I found one of them defective. I complaint them and registered my complaint (complaint number is 81836) ebay.in customer support promise to solve the issue within 7 days. But after 7 days we again contact them then they have given us one seller number to contact them, we called that number and found that is wrong seller. We gain contact customer support, now they said wait for 20 days and issue will be solved. Today the 20 days are also over but nothing happened. Now when we call customer support they start to ignore us by telling simply that we are in contact with seller and issue will be solve soon. I don't know now what to do. Would you some one give us advice where to complaint about this web site to get our money back?

                            please do not buy from Ebay when it comes to cell phone and other electronic products. what ever advertsement we wath about ebay guarantee is all fake... cause i have purchased pantech burst cell phone from ebay . its was suppose to be sent out, however i had a scratch on the back pannel, and the charger was of infirior quality which is not compatible with the phone so i called ebay and the seller both but they denied to replace it and now i have phone whch does not have any charger ... i have tried complaining it other ways too so before you get into situation like me please donot buy from ebay you may try other online carts but not ebay... i wanna suggest Ebay to improve on its qulity rather than spending n advertisements

                              My Paisapay account has been suspended today with no stated reason at all!! I got these mails form ebay

                              1. Your PaisaPay registration is suspended

                              2. Your PaisaPay remittance is on hold

                              Amount of Rs.228,518.95 has been put on hold... and more than 20,000 amount is awaiting delivery confirmation which means I have shipped those items and they are already delivered.....I am now cancelling the next transaction but what about my previous remittance???? I did contact paisapay and they all told me is that the account has been suspended giving reason that there has been some violations of ebay policies but they didn't gave me proper reason of violation....This really makes no sense.
                              I always use DTDC and it provides online tracking and many buyers has confirmed the receipt and gave feedback too..I told cc that i can provuide the POD's of all of the items but they said that, "we are helpless..." if that is so then why do you sit there?? I also told them that they can contact the buyers and verify the details but they frightened me that all the amount which should have been credited to the buyers will get transferred to the buyers only and only way you can get back is call and ask them to make offline transaction...Which means I need to contact those 50-60 buyers and beg for money .. Like they are giving me .. This is India man.... hardly a single buyer will refund the amount to me...
                              This is totaling around 250,000 and I am not giving up like this,...If they didn't transfer the amount, i will make case on them.. This is not question of small amount...And this policy of ebay should be stopped or the site should be banned in india...


                              I am not sure if paisapay takes a look into this forum. The worst part is we are not intimated about which Ebay polices has been violated...Please do reply if someone has got any positive results.

                              i am a seller on ebay for last 1 1/2 years. before last 5 months i had
                              an operation and i was in hospital. i am a top rated seller on ebay
                              india. i affraid of the ratings so that i sold my ebay account to
                              someone who ask after the confirmation from ebay customer support. But
                              now my account is suspended. i called to the customer support, they are
                              saying that your account is suspended due to the linking of a suspended
                              account. i told them i had already sold my account. but they are
                              refusing to take my concern.

                              the account sold is used by someone and they have violated the ebay
                              policy. what is my mistake. we are depending on ebay. we are small
                              business holders.

                              Please check all the details and cross check it. surely you realize its
                              not my mistake. please reinstate my account.

                                e-bay should be named cbay – (Cheaters Bay)

                                I had purchased a FM Blue tooth Transmitter from a seller called Berrynxt on Tue, Feb 21, 2012 My Paisa Pay ID [protected] at the time of delivery I was made to pay an octroi of Rs 90 even though the transport of the item was already charged.
                                On receiving the Item I found that the item was not working at all and after numerous calls the seller promised a replacement and collected the faulty item back today it’s almost two weeks now. Today when I called again to inquire the seller says he is made the refund approval to ebay. On contacting Ebay they say that octroi will not be refunded.
                                Nither do I have the product Nor do I have the refund and have also been cheated of the octroi.

                                I shall never trade with ebay infact they should change their name from ebay to cbay (cheaters bay)

                                    I had purchased a Calvin Klein watch from a seller in Indore through ebay . The parcel was received and not opened right at that moment. When the parcel was opened after the courier boy had gone, there was nothing in the parcel. On raising the issue with ebay they asked me to provide a document from courier company giving the weight of the parcel at different points en-route to the destination which has been denied by the courier company. In absence of the document the ebay has rejected my claim. I am feeling cheated and helpless now. ebay guarantee is a fraud since there is no mention of the buyer's responsibility but when such mishap happens they put the blame on purchaser.


                                    My question is can i send a legal notice to ebay or raise this with consumer court and how.

                                      I recently made a purchase from ebay, which was not delivered. However ebay charged my credit card without shipping my item. After calling more than 20 times, ebay ends up the issue by closing my ebay claim. ebay customer support represetatives dont have an answer when I asked for signature proof. I contacted the courier services from which the seller booked my courier and found that he took the parcel back claiming that his payments was not cleared. I also have the scanned copy of delivery copy in which ebay seller has signed and took the courier back. I was charged 1897 INR for the item which was not shipped at all.

                                        My self Rahul (con no.[protected] and i buy one new zinglife tablet from eaby (online) .. First time whn i get that tablet there is no charger with that tablet , after 1 week they send me charger... and when i first charge that tablet its started and after that its again and agin restart.... i sent that tablet to eby office again ...by courier.. again after 2 week i they send me new tablet that tablet agin giving same problem i
                                        continuouslysent that tablet 4 times to ebay and every time i get fault piece ... i also sent the video of that tablet also to one of the eaby contact person. first time he told me that we will refund u all your money......and after few day he told me that u will not get any refund.. they told me we ll give u one camera and some gift ......but why should i take that camera ....


                                        i ve paid total 9024.25 rs + 800 rs courier charge
                                        please do needful for me.
