I have purchase a intex turbo S 5 mobile through ebay website which was not in working condition. I have raised a refund claim but they asking for a proof of non working of mobile. How can i send proof of software problems of mobiles. They have cheated me and now they are not refunding my amount. You are requested to please help me int the matter.
