Ebay Seller has sent old mobile with new invoice and mobile is under ebay guaranty claim but ebay not taking return and seller also not response on it after the many time try to contact seller and eBay team. Tomorrow samsung service center will declare about it. I will come back with samsung service center declaration.

Following is seller mail which they replied after 10 days

New message from: rkinternational-faslp (37Yellow Star)
Service center is only authorize to provide DOA. We can not provide any DOA letter. So kindly request you to visit service center they can only resolve your issue.
