[Resolved] Ebay.in — refund not received back

I was supposed to receive a refund of 350 back but still haven't received it back for the remote which i had ordered, i was amazed with the poor service ebay has provided and on top of it the call center executives dont have a common sense of speaking in apolite way, when i ordered a remote control they shipped me a wrong cheap quality product and on top of this its been more than two months that i am not getting my refund of 350 rs back, is this a fraud or ebay is trying to do with the customers. Updated by sachinmudkanna May i know what is stopping you from contacting you, I believe you have my contact details you can call me for the resolution, just posting a public comments would not resolve my issue, what about my money why you people are not returning it back.This would be last else i would be taking this issue on social media and highlight the issue as people should come to know what fraud Ebay does with customer by send cheap products and not refunding the money in a timely manner.

Updated by sachinmudkanna If you really care what is customer satisfaction please return my money back. And if ebay earns money by frauding to customers then i will never keep my mouth shut i will make the people to know this i, will forward the same in social media and also on television.
