[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Faulty mi power bank | |||
Hi, My order number is "OID39067". I ordered the mi power bank from ninja and the next day I found that it is not working so I tried their customer care number many times but no one picked the call. I tried the complaint section on their website and got the response that my complaint is taken and the ticket is created for the same but nothing is done till now (waiting from 4 days). No one is responding. I am trying their customer care number everyday but no one picks it up. Also no one is responding to my emails as well. eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 03, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated the reverse pickup of customer product , once we will receive the product we will initiate the refund.
