Ebazar Ninja — Faulty power bank redmi and its status | |||||
I have ordered redmi power bank 20000 mah for 899 rs on 15th April 2017.. Product received was not the same as it was showing on website.. I called support team to get it replaced or refund, there was no company trademark "mi" on the product.. they picked up the power bank on 22nd April but till date i have not received any update on this.. called them and mailed them several times but have not received any update regarding its delivery. Nobody is responding to the mails and calls Moreover, when i checked on " http://www.ebazar.net/track-order/" link regarding delivery, it is showing that " we do not have such order in our database". I was so much surprised with this msg.
