Ebazar Ninja — Sold damaged and duplicate product and still no response of return | |||||
Sir, My complaint is against the site ebazar. Ninja who is selling duplicate mi 10400 mah power banks . Actully i have purchased a brand new mi power bank of order id oid62546 which seems to be original due to its specification and the images given on 4th april 2016...But it got it delivered on 8th april..When i opened up the package i found it totally useless, duplicate and not in a working condition..It appears as if of some old stuff and no sign of resemblence is there as mentioned over their quotation..They gave me a very local cheap product which was not working properly...So i applied for the refund request on the same day but since then no initiative has taken till now.The company was totally fraud and i am not getting my refund as well as any response from them till now...Not only this, since the day when i started using there power bank my phone got damaged, the battery is not lasting more then an hour and i have used and replace many chargers since then and my device is only showing your phone is charging slowly...I mean my phone now requires 12-14 hours to complete charge and battery last for only 1 hour...The power bank has damaged and destroyed my phone costing 15000 ...I need a compensation and a strict action against the company as no response of refund has taken and my phone is completly demolished and i am emotionlly harrased...I have complained and emailed them many times but no good response i have achieved about any refund or any enquiry...I am in a complete state of despair that my phone also got damaged due to there product costing me 15000 and even no refund has been issued..Please take a strict action against the company ..I hope for the compensation...Please do the needful and take an instant reaction about the company...I am hereby attaching all the necessary details Address- ebazar ninja Plot no. 112 3rd floor ram vihar Delhi - 110092 India Order id-oid62546 Yours sincerely Kushagra bansal Mbl- [protected] [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

sir, i think nobody is taking strict action against the company thats why they are not resposnding i think my complaint is not worth here
