I have purchased a samsung mobile through askme bazaar.com and the supplier ebiz international.
When i inserted a sim card into it the phone is swithching on. but when I try to make a call it says "unable to connect" When I complained to askme bazaar .com They have instructed me to go to an authorised service centre and rectify the problem,
Today I went to a authorised service centre they verified the piece and told me that the piece is a "Duplicate" one and not original and they cannot do any kind of service to the product and asked me to return the product to the supplier.Now you being the seller tell me what shall I do with the product and also tell me how can you supply duplicate products through a reputed online seller like Askme bazaar.com
