Ebiz — money is deducted and didn't get the uc

I purchased uc for pubg mobile for rs 799 on 25th of february and rs 420 on 26th of february and both the times payment failed after money is deducted from my account so i want my refund for both the payments or i will be looking for legal action if my money is not refunded by the company i have account details of transfering payment to timesofmoney account and ref. No. Of payment so i urge you to look into this matter
