Ecom Express — Agent did not update PayTm KYC

Hello sir
Last Tuesday I had an agent from ecom-express who came for PayTM KYC. I did all the process that he suggested but I see now that my Paytm KYC is still not updated.
I am also not able to reach the agent since the ecom number from which he called does not have callback provision.I am very disappointed

I reached out to ECom Express via customer care, they are not ready to share even a massage that my KyC is complete. I asked for the Agent's number who visited my home, but they are not ready to provide.

I am not sure if my information is in the right hands.
