Ecom Express — Amazon order through ecom express

Address:Hariyana addresses only show last shipping place

I ordered 26th july one watch... Amazon team shipped item and handover to ecom express courier partners 1st july.. But courier not moved after 1st july... Today date 11th july.. Still same status reflected for tracking...10 days no movement of tracking... I enquired 4 times for both amazon customer care and also ecom express customer care... Both are told shipped at correct time period... But today out of date of shipping tat. Ecom express customer care confidentiality told me will resolve the query with in 24 hours for 4 days before... And once 2 days before also.. But still no movement of tracking.. This is very worst service... My tracking no..[protected]
