[Resolved]  Ecom Express — awb#[protected] delayed for too long.

Address:Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh, 791111

My purchase from nykaa has been dispatched from kolkata on 18th december 2018 and it is shown to be in kaliabor since 22nd december 2018. Today is 26th and there is no update about the product. The status still shows that the product is in kaliabor since 22nd decembr 2018. Ecom express has always been a dissapointment in my town itanagar. Please help.
