I have ordered a electronic product from banggood online shopping, and the shipment was given to ecomexpress for delivery. As per the tracking status i see that this has been delivered to "srirangam" which is postal code of 620005. But as per the shipping address i gave given to banggood it is "woraiyur" and the postal code is 620003. They said it was delivered on 26th aug 2019, but im the one who suppose to recive the product and these people delivered to incorrect place also. I have raise a complaint with their customer care as well on 9th september but till date (03/10/20/19) im calling them for my complaint update but there is no responce from any of them. Every time i called i keep on getting the same reply that wait for 24 hours this will be resolved. But it is almost 25 days over but no improvement. These people are really misused my product, and i have raised this with banggood as well. The frustrated moment is every time im calling this customer care they telling repeated answer: "your complaint is raised sir, wait fro 24 hour to update the feedback" They are saying anything except the above wordings. Please find the email complaint to ecom express customer care but I did not received acknowledged email also.. very very worst customer care ever in my life time.
