Hi,

I am absolutely unhappy with the service of Ecom Express. I was expecting a parcel yesterday as per the AWB tracking status. AWB # [protected]. Yesterday the parcel was out for delivery around 7am. I received a call in the morning and your delivery agent said it will be delivered on 26th May 2021. But around 12:28pm noon I see the status of my AWB that “Shipment Undelivered- Attempted for delivery but customer not available...

      I had ordered from medlife on 19th May, for which it showed me 25-26th May 2021. I got a call on 25th May, 11:50 am. But no one spoke. Soon after that I saw remarks mentioning customer refused to accept order.. I tried reaching out to customer care and also executive number with valid pin which I had received. But the call was not getting connected, and also it said invalid pin and said I called from unregistered phone number. Wherein I called from valid number and valid pin.
      From my nearby location, its moved to Gurugram. This is what I see in tracking status.
      Could the delivery be processed asap, its a medicine order. So need it on urgent basis.

        I am quiet unsatisfied with your service since my order which was expected to be delivered days before, remains in the distribution centre. this centre is not so far from the supposed destination and I would really want to know whats the delay there.hope you would do the necessary.

          The delivery agent of my area is not delivering my orders.He doesn't contact me for delivery.At first attempt for delivery he doesn't call me .For 2nd & 3rd attempt he calls me but doesn't talk.He just puts the phone on hold.The behavior of this guy is very irritating. This happened with two of my orders.The AwB number of first order is [protected] and for the 2nd one it is [protected].Kindly look into this matter and get my orders delivered ASAP.

            My order is not delivered to me but still I got message that my order is delivered and also while tracking it's showing your order delivered. Delivery boy called me that I will delivery your order within ½hour but didn't delivered and I am also not able to call delivery boy as when I calls on the delivery boy number an recorded message asks me to enter you pin and when I enters it it says me you are not calling from registered mobile number pls enter you registered mobile number even when I am calling from ragister nuber and even when I enters my mobile number it says it's an incorrect number and call disconnects every time...

                The delivery boy went and called me because I was not at the place and arranged for someone else to stand for a two of minutes and he stopped. That's why I didn't get the Snap Deal item today.please remove the irresponsible delivery boy, Change such a delivery boy who does not know how to behave well

                            Respected sir,

                            My awb no is [protected]
                            And my order was shipped on 22nd may and i didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 3 days that my order is in ofd lock. From last 2days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.
                            And the called me on Sunday said shipment will be sent and then after they didn’t gave any response from there side now the shipment location showing as gurugram instead of Kolkata i want it back to my address urgently

                            Please help me.

                                My delivery date is 16th of may but it's already a 24th of may I didn't get my product yet.delivery guy called me but he didn't speak anything means call doesn't connect and he updated failed delivery from 6-7days I don't have any number to call him back if it is other products it's k to deliver late but it medicine we need it emergency please deliver soon it's my request . delivery guy playing a game I didn't come to my location and he never called me twice please take action to deliver guy

                                  I missed to receive the call and they have mentioned that I wasn't available . Don't have delivery agent number to talk personally and inform I am available . Also, the IVR doesn't take my pin as valid.

                                      I did not receive my order placed and the delivery person called and said will deliver today but today odf lock has been applied to my order..I dont know what's the matter in delivering the product on time..it was days back my order should have been delivered.
