    I order a phone cover and it was bigger then. My phone so i return it 3 days back

    What is this like in amazon there was written that the product is 7 days returnable and now they are saying this to me and when i click the link, it says cannot open the site

      I had ordered a pair of shoes from ajio and it was said to be delievered on 25 may 2023 but its 27 may and the order still show in transit i am getting mad at this and theres no helpline

          My estimated delivery date is 26th May. It has already been 27th May. The status in the tracking portal shows in transit Bengaluru since 23rd May. They don't have a proper number to reach out or a proper location to reach. Other courier services deliver the same product within 3 days. The worst courier experience ever. Now I have no idea where my parcel is what has happened to it nothing. Even if they walk they would've reached Chennai by now. When I opened the tracking portal today as of 27th May it went back to last updated on 23rd May Tuesday. I'm fed up with it. AWB - [protected]

              I cannot contact the carrier as I dont have number. Also, the delivery person number I received on sms is wrong. When i called on that number he told he didnt work in Ecom.

                This complaint is regarding the return pickup for order ID[protected] (AWB: [protected]). The return pickup was completed on 24 May 2023, but the status in the portal is still showing as "Reverse Pickup Not Completed."

                Ecom express is no responding eve after sending email to [protected]@ecomexpress.in and they have no other way to communicate with customer care

                      No delivery till now

                      AWB : [protected] the delivery was scheduled to be done on 24th may. They neither deliver it nor updated the status about the next expected date. It's 25 th may already, still they are showing expected date is 24th May. I never face such horrible situation when it comes to courier sercice. Other companies like ekart or delhivery at least have some courtesy to inform their valuable customers in case of not being on time. Ecom...

                          It was supposed to be delivered on[protected] from allahabad to kolkata. Since 19th may it is stuck in the same position in UP. This courier was urgent before my exam. It has books within it. Why they promised such date what they cant keep! How can I manage to do all the things before my exams without the books! Totally disappointing. Will never trust ecom express from now.

                                I had ordered the shirts from Ajio...the delivery was via ecom express. But the items that were said to arrive on 18/05/2023 have not arrived yet..when looking at the track, the date has changed...it was given that it will be delivered on 20/05/2023..but it has not been received yet..not only that, but on 17/05/2023 Kannur There is no information about the products that arrived at the delivery center.. There is no update from the delivery center..I went to the delivery center on 20/05/2023 but it was not open... the website also showed that it was open from 11am.. the people near the delivery center gave very bad comments.. I want my products.. This is the first time such an experience.. Don't spoil the customers who trust you..AWB:[protected]

                                  I kindly request Ecom Express to deliver my PW modules as soon as possible. When I called on customercare number they just disconnect my call and on tracking site also it is showing undelivered, no delivery boy has soon contacted me about my books delivery and just updated my books delivery status as undelivered. From last 2-3 days ecom express sms that delivery today but no delivery boy comes. Sorry to say but Ecom express service is not good.

                                    I placed an order from reliance jewels on 22nd arpil.
                                    My AWB number is [protected]. On tracking it on the website i see that the order is in transit since May 1, 2023
                                    .
                                    On contacting the customer care number the IVR replies that products is expected to be delivered by 28th April, 2023 even though it is alreasy 19th May.

                                    There is no update nothing just poor service on your part
