Address: Koyilandy, Kozhikode

AWB[protected] This shipment is in the ecomexpress delivery center in koyilandy, Kozhikode, kerala for the past 7 days. They are not attempting to call or deliver the same, they send message 'out for delivery' in the morning and 'couldn't contact customer' in the evening. Trier to contact them to know their location so as to go and collect for myself, but they won't attend the calls either. Give a solution please!!! Or they cancel the order and refund if they can't deliver.

    I have placed order through Wow Skin Science app. My order got shipped by ecom express. My AWB no is WSSI113944 Now it is showing Shipment Lock by RTO.

    Kindly check on that. Kindly resolve that issue and deliver my product as soon as possible. Thank you

        Absolute garbage service by ecomexpress I ordered books from pw awb [protected] its been 10 days since it reached delivery centre but i never delever when i call the delivery manager he is so rude never picks the call
        i absolute hate it

          How you reschedule the delivery or undelivered without asking me any permission?.

          Who is your branch manager?.

          Kindly arrange a delivery within next 24 hours if failed so I have to proceed further action.

          Now I'm coming to your customer support...! Why your helpline number there is no option to speak with support agent? Only your bot (IVR) speaking in the call so how to speak with your agent if we need any urgent help?.

          Second thing, why you not have any grievance officer email id? Or escalation desk email? So how customers can escalate there issues?.

          I know your answer for my your customer support question the answer is "you can contact your shipper for any inquires" so what purposes you have delivery courier? If customers won't connect with you?.

          If I not received any response from your end within next 24 hours so I will send you letter to your registered address for further move.

          I requested you to kindly share your local manager contact number or request him to callback with me.

          I already mailed them but till now there is no response.

              Delivery refusing to deliver the product but he already took the product and changed the status as delivered he is very rude with his behaviour and threatens that he won't deliver the products if we order

                This package was supposed to be delivered on 12 July 2023. The delivery agent came to my doorstep and asked for OTP to handover the package however as i had given landline, the OTP could not be received. I told that to the agent and he went back without giving the package and asked me to change my number by talking to Ecom customer care. This is when the problem started.
                I have been calling the customer care from 12 july but the IVR does not even work properly and neither does it divert me to any customer care executive. I also sent an email 4 days ago but havent got any response.

                It has been more than 10 days since my parcel came to Bangalore and it has not been delivered to me. This is very disappointing. I have not even received any response from your team via email or phone. Please work on getting my package delivered immediately!

                  I order a product of cellphone costing me 9000 and the seller said it was dispatched and is in transist its was ordered on 7or 8 of the July 07 2023, and still the delivery is not done at my number so I provided this number to call I hope my issues will resolve or I will get refund regarding it .

                                We are associated with meesho ajio and many other marketplaces where ecom courier boy comes and take the pickup. The courier boy name Asfak Footer Mob no. [protected] has done very rude behaviour. The situation was just that we told him not to use lift for his personal purpose. As lift is private and it is for goods purpose only. We have spoken very politely where he answered us in bad words and has rudely behave with us. Next day when he again came for pickup he has stolen our lift keys which is very very unethical. Such behaviour is not acceptable. Kindly take strict action against such person and also we want solution with our keys back.

                                      My order through Ecom express parented with Ajio has not been delivered from more than a week now. No attempt was made by the delivery driver to connect and get my item delivered and just updated the order status as undelivered saying attempt was made. The worst courier service in Bangalore till date. Tried connecting with customer support from Ecom express and no one responded for the email or query posted through their website. AWB Number : [protected] and [protected]. I need immediate assistance on these orders by them.

                                        Delivery was picked up on 23/06/2023, but not delivered till date, today i checked my message, it was showing for OTP for CANCEL delivery, i have not iniaited any cancel delivery option from my side, now the tracking system shows the message undelivered, HOW COME ????????
