Dear Sir: This is to bring to your kind notice that the delivery person called me a few minutes prior to reaching the spot stating that he cannot do the door delivery and that he has luggage under his custody, so he cannot come upstairs and do the door delivery. Previously, another person also told me the same thing, that the company has instructed them not to leave the luggage which is under their custody downstairs while they deliver the goods upstairs. Today, this person's answer and behavior were very rude and unacceptable. I had to leave my work and go downstairs to get the item, but he was sitting on the bike, meddling with his phone and this is simply an act of disrespect, and it is nothing but laziness.
Recently, this has been a regular pattern of excuse from Ecom Express delivery persons, and kindly take this seriously to address the person who delivers the items about the different situations the customers would be in, and it is their basic duty to serve them and not cause inconveniences like this.

If I was not available at home, then what about when old people are at home? Can they go downstairs and receive the goods?
I am forced to bring this to the notice of the higher-ups because Ecom Express has started following this pattern in recent days, and it is a very bad name for the company by these irresponsible, lazy delivery boys.
