My order was showing out of delivery and today I have not received it. Now status is showing as not delivered.
Also I received a mail - "YOUR PACKAGE HAS A DELIVERY EXCEPTION
Hi, your package has a delivery exception. Please contact the carrier at the earliest to resolve the issue."

But I cannot contact the carrier as I dont have number. Please help me out.

    It was supposed to be delivered on[protected] from allahabad to kolkata. Since 19th may it is stuck in the same position in UP. This courier was urgent before my exam. It has books within it. Why they promised such date what they cant keep! How can I manage to do all the things before my exams without the books! Totally disappointing. Will never trust ecom express from now.

          I had ordered the shirts from Ajio...the delivery was via ecom express. But the items that were said to arrive on 18/05/2023 have not arrived yet..when looking at the track, the date has changed...it was given that it will be delivered on 20/05/2023..but it has not been received yet..not only that, but on 17/05/2023 Kannur There is no information about the products that arrived at the delivery center.. There is no update from the delivery center..I went to the delivery center on 20/05/2023 but it was not open... the website also showed that it was open from 11am.. the people near the delivery center gave very bad comments.. I want my products.. This is the first time such an experience.. Don't spoil the customers who trust you..AWB:[protected]

            I kindly request Ecom Express to deliver my PW modules as soon as possible. When I called on customercare number they just disconnect my call and on tracking site also it is showing undelivered, no delivery boy has soon contacted me about my books delivery and just updated my books delivery status as undelivered. From last 2-3 days ecom express sms that delivery today but no delivery boy comes. Sorry to say but Ecom express service is not good.

              Hi
              I placed an order from reliance jewels on 22nd arpil.
              My AWB number is [protected]. On tracking it on the website i see that the order is in transit since May 1, 2023
              .
              On contacting the customer care number the IVR replies that products is expected to be delivered by 28th April, 2023 even though it is alreasy 19th May.

              There is no update nothing just poor service on your part

                I have ordered a product from bonkers corner on 11 may. the estimated delivery was on 17 may. it was not delivered on time. and current current status of the product is also not showing in the site. it is showing 346 unable to connect in Coimbatore cja for the last four daysm what is the current status?

                  It's the third day that the delivery is not made. From past two days all I could see the package out for delivery and no attempt of call or delivery was done and just simply updated as delivery undelivered. This is very annoying. Even I tried to contact agent by your customer care number but it says that 'your call can't directed to the delivery agent". I tried to contact with many other number you gave on your websites but i get no answer. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                    My shipment delivery was not attempted and address shown as wrong in status.I updated contact number still noone contacted and status shown as ofd lock.I contacted customer service still no response through email.

                      The next delivery date became 21st May 2023..today is 21st, still no sign of delivery..i dont understand what is the issue here..package is in bhiwandi..just 20km from my home...still no delivery..i have asked seller to discontinue giving packages to ecom express henceforth

                        I had ordered my package on 29 April and today is 17 may and my package has not been delivered. Ecom is showing several delivery attempts made and ofd lock applied while no one came to the house to deliver. Ecom express are updating details without attempting to deliver.I needed medical package very urgently but it has been stuck due to Ecom.

                            I have ordered my books on 25 may from 5 may it shows that delivery is on shipment centre but Ecomexpress the service here is zero they only give u headache.. today is 17 may. I regularly call Ecom express no Response is given to customer. Yesterday I got message that you delivery is on way. And I even didn't get call from delivery boy and He just put message that undeliverable. It's make me stress as I m preparing for my neet exams my books are not still placed and they never answered call Please resolve it

                              It was processed and was out for delivery for the first time on 13th May 2023 but when I called the delivery person he said I won't be able to deliver as the package was assigned to him in the afternoon and he is not going to deliver in my area for today. He said he will be delivering next day in morning for sure as he knows me and my address really well (he has delivered multiple packages in past to me) but cancels the delivery mentioning that user has given wrong address for some reason.
                              Now, next morning comes he says I cannot find your package so cannot deliver now and at the end of day cancels the delivery with same issue that is address is wrong from my side.

                              Again next day new delivery person has been assigned and I called him to know when he will be delivering and guess what he says the same thing as the last guy and cancels the delivery mentioning the same reason address issue.

                              For the last two days my order status is showing as "Shipment Held - ofd lock applied",

                              This was the worse experience I've ever had with a delivery company. Delivery person are the worst and the policies this company has are worst as well.
                              Cancel the package and get it out of the ofd lock so that I can get my refund.

                                I placed an order for 2 phones via mi.com on 11-May-2023. The due date was 15-May-2023. The tracking shows that the product reached my city on 13-May. Since then it is showing Bag Scanned, In Transit etc statuses repeatedly everyday.However it is not delivered yet. Please look into it and ensure product delivery.

                                  No updates on my order, stuck in 'in transit'
                                  I had ordered my shoes from TATA CliQ on 09/5/23 and was able to track it till 15/5/23, where it was in 'in transit'. It's been since it's stuck in 'in transit'. I have tried calling the customer care but was always a recorded message. Please resolve this issue ASAP!
