Sir your executive phone for deliver package 11.50 than he talk me i am come your village and i call you this time but he is not arrive and not call me but i see on amazon app delivery was postbond custmur requst but i coud not any requst.in this package helmet so tody i doesnt wear helmet this is risk for life.so you manage your executive properly.

    It’s been two weeks since I’ve requested my return pickup but still my product is with me
    Totally irresponsible
    I’m getting a call from e-commerce express club but when I’m attending the call and shouting hello hello, suddenly the delivery agent cut my call
    And then I am getting msg from Myntra stating that cancelled pickup as you were not in the home
    I’m really getting tensed by this issue for almost two weeks and I’m losing my temper, my health deteriorates
    Please kindly help me with this yaar 🙏🏻I beg you 🙏🏻

        Delivery boy called on 25th march but due to some reason i can't pick up the call. Later i called him in the evening. But he told that he cant deliver die to same day delivery policy. But i dont think so because some other courier services deliver next day if they dint get our response.That delivery guy next day (26/03/2021) again called me n told that he will deliver the product. But not yet received. So Today (29/03/2021) i again called him but his reply was very arrogant & rude. Iam highly disappointed from his reaction. I hope this issue will resolve soon at the earliest

                    Hi Team, i have ordered Wellish 10 MG Tablets in Medlife App on 17th march, 2021.
                    It is shown out of delivery on 20th. On 21st Ecom express delivery guy called me and asked OTP. i said no. I said i will provide you the delivery OTP after the delivery only. Thats it, Till now that product not delivered. I have called the customer care and gave complaint. No use. I already paid 480 rs at online.
                    Please help me and send the medicine as soon as possible.

                      I ordered a mattress from Amazon and on the delivery date, a call came from a landline number and I attended the call. But due to some network issue I was not able to talk to that person. But when I called back to that number, I was not able to talk to them as it was like a customer care number. But they didnt called me again and a few mins later I got a message that the product was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. The office of Ecom here is around 1km from my delivery address. As I got such a bitter experience from this waste express I strongly degrade the service of this company.

                      This is a common problem I have faced too. These courier agents are lazy and are not willing to do their job at their best. Many a times they simply say address not found, door locked and so on.
                      Use amazon fulfilled or amazon delivered services as much as possible.

                          I got mail that my order would be delivered between 7 am to 9 am. But at 10 O'clock i recieved phone from the delivery boy, while i was very busy riding bike to my college. He was asking again and again about the adress, I told him. But he was unable to understand, whats wrong with him, on the courier it contains the full adress na. Then i had exam so i couldn't access my mobile. Afternoon i received a message telling that my order was delivered. I enquired about it to my parents and brother who were all day long in the home and they said that they had not received any order... What is this man. Its so unfair. I didn't receive my order. But it showing that it is delivered. I know its completely delivery mistake. You have to make sure that the product was received by it's buyer or their family members. You can atleast give the contact information about the delivery boy. Once ask who he delivered to?? In your website i only got his name which is Bestha Ashok Kumar. Please Solve this issue, ask him once about the delivery whether he delivered to wrong address or did he even deliver it or not.. its so unfair, give the value for your costumers...

                            I have a complaint about the delivery boy who ordered a t shirt that I bought from meesho there is no problem with the t-shirt but the delivery boy was really playing a foul play.I was really busy with my works so I couldn't get the courier on time he said so I told him to deliver the courier to a shop near my home. courier was on cash on delivery and the delivery boy asked me if I have Google pay so that I can pay the money to him . I said yes and he said he will call me once he reach the shop. After sometime the shopkeeper called me and said that there was a courier arrived for me and it was delivered in his shop. Shopkeeper paid the money for my courier as the delivery boy asked him to Pay the money.after that the delivery boy again called me and ask if I have Google pay so that he can pay the money for my courier where he was trying to cheat me.I said that the shopkeeper call me and he said that he paid the money for the courier and the delivery boy suddenly hang up the phone.

                              20 march time 1:08 pm AWB number [protected] ye receive hone vala tha receive hone se pehle inhone mujhe msg Kiya ki Mera shipment delivered hogya hai lekin mujhe koi shipment is date pe receive hi Nahi hua company ke customer care se bat krne pe unhone kha ki 72 hour me aap Ka shipment aap ko receive hojayega lekin aaj 5 din hogy mujhe shipment receive hi Nahi hua. Aur unko phone kro to kehte hai ki hmare Pas koi update Nahi ai hai ki courier kha par hai Mera courier Surat Gujarat se Ara tha prepaid parcel tha lekin abhi tak vo log mujhe koi update Nahi dere h aur Nahi courier dere h
