My product is supposed to be delivered at 12th of jan ...i recwived a call asking for the address and then no calls ..and than i attempted for a redelivery again and again..still no response and now my order is dispalyed as ofd locked applied my oder number is 1865039 from smytten and is to be delivered by ecomexpress

    I am calling customer care from past 1 week, I have not received my shipment yet and ofd lock is applied, I have provided a alternate contact number 4 times to customer care and number they send on date of delivery, still no action, it is undelivered and in warehouae from past 8 days, worst experience so for, my order no. Is EZ9073504, they have not even provided number of driver so that I can contact.

            I am Navneet Sinha. I have placed an order on 30th Nov 2020 of I kall K3312 Dark Blue mobile phone which was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd Dec 2020 but I haven’t got any delivery from the Ecom Express. When I checked the status of my purchased item on 2nd Dec, on the paytm as well as Ecom Express site they are showing that my mobile phone is delivered, but I haven’t got that phone so. I registered a complaint on ECom Expess Pvt. Ltd on 2nd Dec 2020 and they gave me a complaint no :-(Tracking no:[protected]. I regularly called the customer care service for updates but they are always misguiding me. Since 2nd Dec 2020, it’s more than 42 days passed but still they are not giving me proper solution for my complaint.

            Again ecom express shows cheap marketing.
            1 month is almost over but company didn't get any response.
            It's mean that company is totally casual or may be entire company's workers are fraud.

              Meesho return pick up Order Number:[protected]

              In meesho app for this order I'd return assigned by xpress bess courier.. But this return was collected by ecom express courier for tat I received acknowledgement receipt from ecom express.. My problem s in meesho app it showing return status was cancelled by xpress bess and return also cancelled and actually my product got return by ecom express.. Ecom express please update status in meesho

                I ordered from myntra and my parcel was shipped via myntra soon it reached my nearest delivery centre but the delivery boy refused for door step delivery and asked me to collect it 1km away. I was not available at home so i requested him to kindly deliver it to my doorstep where my aged mother was waiting with payment in hand.but he still refused and false information of customer refused to accept was uploaded. I was very disappointed and complained via customer service number but no further action was taken and no second delivery attempt was made and today i found that it has been processed for return. I think this is very unfortunate that such incidents take place in today's society. I am very disappointed and would request the authorities to look into this matter. My AWB number is [protected]

                  Sir/mam, my order was shipped 4 days ago at delivery centre . But that delivery boy don't deliver it to me. And daily he updates fake information on ecom site that customer refused to accept the order or customer was not available and address is wrong. And I have complaint to ecom customer care many more times but raily they say that your will shipped to you in 24 hours. But nothing happens delivery boy updates fake information about me .this is quite intolerable many time I have complaint but no action has been taken.

                      My products are delayed .
                      I have ordered products from smytten ...and they are assigned to be delivered by ecom express .My delivery date is 11 th Jan 2020, that is today..but still I did not recieve my courier .In the tracking it is showing that it's in Visakhapatnam ..it's showing the same past three days but still I did not get my products . My address belongs to Visakhapatnam. I kindly request you to look into this and send my courier as soon as possible and also request you to send me the status of the courier.

                            Today we have encountered terrible experience during delivery of a parcel (AWB [protected]). The delivery person arrived at a different place and asked us to come and receive delivery when we went and found no one and called back he started verbally abusing my wife. He was behaving in a way as if it's our fault that he doesn't know the direction of our home. After a lot of time waiting and giving instruction he reached our place but when myself reached their to receive the delivery he started abusing me again. He behaved aggressively and saying foul things about my wife. When I told him that I will take legal steps then he went back. We receive atleast 25-35 delivery every month but this is the first time we had such horrific experience. Kindly take appropriate steps for the safety of your customer.

                                Irresponsible behaviour from Neyyattinkara Hub

                                My flipkart shipment [protected] is arrived at the Neyyattinkara hub near me at 3 days ago (07/01/2021) but still not yet delivered. nobody contact me for this shipment for the last day but i get a message that delivery has failed because my address was unlocatable.
                                why the responsible officials do things irresponsible. is your hub not ready to deliver at the customer address?...

                                When i give my product for warrenty, jbl says within 10 days new product will come to your home...
                                but its about 2 months, my product not delivered.
                                they message like arriving today witha phone number and pin, but when i called that number, they ask pin, when type pin, they say i am calling from unregistered mobile number and then phone call cuts...
                                but i am calling from registered mobile number.
                                morning they send arriving today message and evening, they send undelivered message. about 2 months ago same situation for the same product and the product is returned without contacting me.
                                now again come similar situation.
                                i complained lot of times to ecom express customer care... but no use...they say wait till 8pm, product will deliver to you... but about 4 pm, they send undelivered message.

                                whenever i called that number, they ask pin, when type pin, they say i am calling from unregistered mobile number and then phone call cuts... What to do
                                I ordered one ear phone in meesho. I received one message on 6th june 2022 as your order will deliver today, but on evening i got message as could not delivered, and it will be delivered on next day. I didn't received any single call from them till now and tracking is showing undelivered. When I call on the number in message and when enter pin it is telling that you are calling from unregistered number. but I am calling from my registered number itself. Please help me to deliver the product. I needed that urgently.

                                  I have ordered a earphone from Paytm mall on 2 Jan 2021. AWB no [protected] . It's out for delivery on 9 Jan 2021 but not delivered and showing wrong status coustomer unavailable but your delivery agent haven't call me yet and the whole day i was at my house.. my cellphone is active and my family and friends can contact with me so how can he upload a wrong status?? .. every time when i call through the number given in the app it's saying you are calling from an unregistered mobile number but that is registered with the Paytm mall.. so please help me out from the situation
