Hello,

I placed an order in meesho and the shipping is being done by ecom express. AWB number#[protected] marked as delivered on 27th at kothavalasa wherein my address is devada. It was never delivered to us.

AWB number#[protected] marked as delivered on 18th of Dec. Complaint was raised but no progress and no resolution was provided till now....

My product is warang...

in status it shows as shipment rto lock
earlier it was out for delivery for almost 15 days.
they called me 3-4 times to confirm my address and one day i got 1 small miss call and after that it shows as customer not available.

i have called customer care around 4-5 times and they say tomorrow it will deliver. Please have a common sense and don't fool around people.

My complaint to your m. No.[protected] dt 25.11.20 & several days, regarding Non-recepit of my product from paytm through you isn't yet delivered. Every time they say waiting for updates. It's more than a month as such please pay me the cost immediately.

There delivery service is so poor delivery boy is not come to deliver a product in my given address and not call me and describe the reason is customer refused to accept...

I did not recive my order but showing as deliverd. I have lodged complent with costomer care. No one is helping what should i do...

I order a chappal in Liberty app through ecom express delivery on Dec 11 but the product will come to that courier office on Dec 16. But I did in get it all.. still they send a message on morning your product will delivered today and they courier boy also call throughout the phone and say it will delivered today.. but evening onwards I got a sms ur product will undeliverd today... I think this is worst courier delivery I ever seen... No words...

I was expecting a courier today and an agent called from Manathavady, Wayanad from [protected] and asked me to come and collect the product. This office is 15 km away from my home.

Im complaining about one delivery man, actually i dont know his name, but i have his number, ph- [protected], he was very rude and annoying, and doesn't even know how to talk and making delay to deliver my medicine parcel, while talking through phone he used to decline the call in between, also i asked him the office number then he refused and said i dont have the number, such people should first learn how to talk to customer then they...

Its been four days since the item got shipped how can it be so slow. The website I ordered from says it takes 3 days but now only my product has arrived at Bangalore, and the company claims they are fast at shipping products, pathetic.....

I got fraud by 1100/- and I got like it was used for many times and the order is like 2nd hand I need my order received from my home back...

Hi, my package with AWB [protected] is not moving. There is a delay from day 1. Your customer care is noy able to provide with real time update on the product. It is a very important delivery....

I had ordered combo of three shirts but I received two shirts which are not my orders and they are torn and used shirts..
This is fraud I paid 1100 for these useless product.. I need refund and return these products...
