When i give my product for warrenty, jbl says within 10 days new product will come to your home...
but its about 2 months, my product not delivered.
they message like arriving today witha phone number and pin, but when i called that number, they ask pin, when type pin, they say i am calling from unregistered mobile number and then phone call cuts...
but i am calling from registered mobile number.
morning they send arriving today message and evening, they send undelivered message. about 2 months ago same situation for the same product and the product is returned without contacting me.
now again come similar situation.
i complained lot of times to ecom express customer care... but no use...they say wait till 8pm, product will deliver to you... but about 4 pm, they send undelivered message.
