I had ordered an album from zooming, which was tk be delivered to me on 19th dec2020 as per shcedule...the delivery boy came asking the otp no. Which was duely given, but did not deliver the Product and went away
Since our area is a high security area, we could track them n got the product from them before they could leave our area
But this seems as a warning to us that the product without getting delivered automatically got updated that it was delivered as they took the otl from us
So I think ythe old system of customers signature kust be nade compulsory after we receive the product in hand
