      My shipment AWB - [protected]
      in status it shows as shipment rto lock
      earlier it was out for delivery for almost 15 days.
      they called me 3-4 times to confirm my address and one day i got 1 small miss call and after that it shows as customer not available.

      i have called customer care around 4-5 times and they say tomorrow it will deliver. Please have a common sense and don't fool around people.
      Deliver my shipment ASAP.

        No, my shipment isn't yet delivered, either to me or my family members or neighborhood. Your investigation team is wrong. Their wasn't any phone call to registered mobile number on the wrongly said delivered date or another till now. The proof (POD) provided by PAYTM was also wrong, as the signature isn't of any of the above. Their wasn't any photographs of the received person also. As such compensate immediately or deliver immediately. Regards

                I order a chappal in Liberty app through ecom express delivery on Dec 11 but the product will come to that courier office on Dec 16. But I did in get it all.. still they send a message on morning your product will delivered today and they courier boy also call throughout the phone and say it will delivered today.. but evening onwards I got a sms ur product will undeliverd today... I think this is worst courier delivery I ever seen... No words to say .

                    Im complaining about one delivery man, actually i dont know his name, but i have his number, ph- [protected], he was very rude and annoying, and doesn't even know how to talk and making delay to deliver my medicine parcel, while talking through phone he used to decline the call in between, also i asked him the office number then he refused and said i dont have the number, such people should first learn how to talk to customer then they should do their work, the parcel reached my city the next day of order, but to deliver at my home, its taking two days!!! It can be delivered today but its upto them, if they want to deliver it by today or not, very slow delivery! honestly im very disappointed with the service and this man.. I hope you'll take some action regarding it

                                    Delivery guy took double payment,
                                    First transaction was in pending, so he requested to do 2nd payment and he promised he will transfer money back when he gets credited.
                                    Now both transaction is credited to him which he only accepted but now not transferring 1 payment back.
                                    I have all the proof .
                                    Bellow I have attached all the screen shot of transaction.
                                    His phone pay transaction is also there in screenshot.
                                    Pls help me to get my message Ney back.
                                    This is pathetic service
