      We didn't received the product
      Delivery boy before deliverying the product requested for otp in call
      We siaid otp then we got message saying your product delivery after that we called delivery boy too many times he didnt ans our call and finally he blocked us here is the nber of delivery boy [protected] do not employee such type of people

          Ordered an earbuds but received totally different thing no to take any responsibility nor your staff ready to give customer care contact why would you do such type of fraud services to get your reputation down in public and harass people by taking their money in such a situation

            I had ordered an album from zooming, which was tk be delivered to me on 19th dec2020 as per shcedule...the delivery boy came asking the otp no. Which was duely given, but did not deliver the Product and went away
            Since our area is a high security area, we could track them n got the product from them before they could leave our area
            But this seems as a warning to us that the product without getting delivered automatically got updated that it was delivered as they took the otl from us
            So I think ythe old system of customers signature kust be nade compulsory after we receive the product in hand
            Pls take note of this

                  No parcel recieved yet showing deliverd waiting for response since last week no one is reciving call and once got connected i was chexking the awb number and puased in between the agent gave verbiage that as i am not responding he has to disconnect the call and i just kept on calling hallo hallo...
                  patehtic service and untrustworthy delivery person wrong signature updated.contineous doing foolow up with supplier and no result...

                    Recently I Ordered Electronics from reliance digital online portal on 14 december 2020 . when the product is shipped on 15 December 2020 i got SMS on my registered mobile number including details of Courier partner and tracking number. But Still On 18 December 2020 product is not picked up from source hub, when i am tracking it shows that pick up is started and pickup is failed..shipment not ready...again pick is rescheduled...pickup failed...shipment is not ready...again pick is rescheduled...pickup failed...shipment is not ready...that was show that reliance digital is not processing my order...that will definitely increasing delivery time ...and i am not happy with that ...so why reliance digital is delaying order processing...below i attached some proof regarding this situation.

                      Since last two days my shipment is stuck at a town 2hrs far from my address. It has been 6 days since my product got shipped by the seller and still I have still not got it. Very slow delivery/service. Sent 2 mails then also no reply of it. Highly disappointed of the service being provided.

                        The parcel reached the office on Dec 13 and promised us a direct doorsteps delivery on 16 December. But the product didn't deliver or recieved any calls. Today 18 December we went there directly to collect the parcel but it's showing its returned .but the product is in front of our eyes and they refused to deliver it because they put it on return as they didn't have enough man power to deliver it . It's my business product and I'm in loss due to their mistakes and irresponsibility. Please do something

                          I have dispatched (via Shop101) shipment on dated 2/11/2020 Tracking id : [protected], after shipping continuously day by day ecom team mentioned delivery attempted. but my customer Mr. parimal Rajubhai Patel said to me no one called or messaged received him. (Shop101 team also called buyer Mr. Parimal ) He was also ready for pick up at the delivery centre but ecom customer care team could not give address or phone number.
                          After day by day OFD lock and etc remarks mentioned in tracking. On dated 11/11/2020 i cancelled the order and last mentioned as per tracking dated 14/11/2020 at surat hub. i continuously called ecom team for the same but still not returning my product or no response from ecom team. I have also paid sending receive charges.
                          I have also email on dated 14/12/2020 but still not response received from ecom team side.
                          Please help my issue.

                                I have ordered some clothes from ajio and some products were delivered through Ecom express. After paying the cod I opened the package and only one product (t op) was there instead of two products (jeans and top). When I asked the delivery boy about the same he told me you will recieve the product seperately but didn't recieved it till now. Please take immediate action and kindly deliver the product.
