My self ordered an item and it reached my place by 30th july. From that day it was showing "shipment in-scan at dc". Further no updates for somedays. On 9th aug 2020 it shows "shipment rto lock". There are no issues in delivering the items in my location as of now. I want my item delivered. The thing they havnt conatcted me or tried to deliver the items. Abw no:[protected]...

My product not delivered yet.
On 27 july 2020 tracking shows the product in my nearest hub (Vadakara) on 6th august 2020 it shows rto lock at delhi. What is the problem??
I need my product delivered in my address....

I live in sector 119 noida up
Courier person came for delivery of rto and rvp packets of snapdeal and meesho.
2-3 packets were opened and without seal and courier bag. When i was checking packets courier person grabbed packets from my hands and asked to sign on pod first. Due to packets were without seal and opened therefore i was about to write remarks for those packets but courier person snatched pod and didn’t allow me...

My shipment with awb [protected] has been returned without informing me, reason they mentioned it is containment zone but its not. I have never seen any pathetic service like yours. The concern is, you should have contact me first, either they can deliver or i can pick it directly. I will raise a grievance in consumer court regarding the same, for my inconvenience....

I ordered for 2 sarees and i received another saree of cheap quality. So i called them and they are not attending my call. Please take this saree and return our money...

Sir an employee delivering at shalimar srinagar has abused and given me death threat for not receiving the order as i am far from that place...

The item was not delivered to the customer and when we tracked the item it was said to be returned to seller. We never asked to return the amazon product. Delivery executives never asked iyr permission to return it and didn't even bother to deliver the packet....

I order a phone but shows that they were no able to delivery your product because of covid-19 in my location no any problems or no lock down and no contacts from the courier service office no call and mail please take an action please my last day for delivery is today please 😞...

Your ecom delivery boy is not delivering product properly why?. Today he missed call me with this cell number [protected] only once and gone back without delivery. Why why why...

I am lince raju. I ordered an item from amazon. And it were taken by ecom express. Today 07/08/2020 the item was on out of delivary. After 30 minutes thay cancelled my package without even contact me. N said i refused to accept it. Pulpally ecomexpress not interested to deliver package. So i dont like to buy more product from ecom express......

I'm complaining about the delivery.. As the delivery boy called and asked me the otp that i have received but the delivery boy was not upto my address and also. That he supposed to give my order by tomorrow. Then he refused to bring my order and put the status as 'delivery attempt was made'. And also he was very rude with us.. So, please take action on him and make my order placed as soon as possible.....

Myntra did not delivered my order yet and shows delivery failed...

I had ordered crocs from their official site. However, Ecom Express who was supposed to deliver it has shipped it back and it says Shipment RTO lock.
However, they have neither contacted me at all. I ordered this almost one month back. My shipment tracking number is - [protected]. I would like to receive the order as fast as possible as it is a gift....

But the order comes and i have open but there were only two shirts and that shirts are dirty and used shirts not good very bad

I had many time request to pickup but not pick up my parcel but they charge for parcel.
My pick up request 29 july and today 6august. I also contact bharatbhai who is incharge of ahmedabad they also don't reply. Completely cheater company ecom express....

Ecom-commerce is a logistics partner to Samsung India.
My Samsung order contains a very expensive item for delivery and I fear the delay is only making my shipment vulnerable to counterfeit.
I call everyday to customerCare and lodge a complaint on [protected] but its been a week and no deliveries yet.
They are so unprofessional that they will NOT share number for their grievance cell [latest]....

I had ordered a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (Wi-Fi) SM-T510NZKD on 17th July by making full payment. The expected date of delivery was 24th July. However, they are still to receive it. Order no [[protected]]. (order through Samsung official website).
