Hello,
I have purchased the pre-paid order from flipkart. The order status showing delivered, but i didn't received the product. This kind of issue happened before also from ecom express members, they are not given the product but they put status delivered without our knowledge after complaint about the issue, they got delivered, now they are making same issue. They are not given security for prepaid orders. Kindly resolve the issue on this

    I have a parcle from amazon india through ecom express my dedicated location is accessable but that delivey person called me to go where he was
    but i was not aviable at that time to reach him then he cancel my order putting a reason that place is unlocatible but as per the condition he should deliver the item at the door step.

      For a bangalore to bangalore delivered there is a delay of 3 days! One of them calls and asks for pin code and for a small issue which one assist and ecom should solve the customer is troubled. Can you speed up and get the device delivered by eod today?

        Hello sir i just want to say that why you didn't deliver my product which i ordered from online site myntra with awb number [protected]
        I am waiting for my order to get delivered today was the last day of estimate delivery still i am not able to receive my order poor service indeed

          I ordered a product from Mi store and they shipped the product by ecom express.
          My tracking number is[protected].
          When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery.I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery.
          I didn't even got any call or any prior information.Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
          I contacted their helping number for clarification.. Without clarifying the issue he was being rude...

            I had a package coming to me via ecom express. They told me they'll attempt delivery on 12 th due to travel restrictions.
            However inspite of repeated calls to customer service even after these restrictions were lifted, they have not even reattempted delivery and now the package shows RTO locked.

              The delivery agent is not delivering the product. We buy products through Amazon and they ecom express for delivery.. But the delivery agent is not delivering the product. Because of this we always want to either cancel the product nor go and collect the product. If we pay extra delivery charge also he is not delivering the product. Please am kindly request you take necessary action against this. In this area not body is satisfied with this service. I will send the details of delivery agent

                Why am I getting error "AWB does not exist" when I track the status of my order placed from flipkart?

                    I am writing this complaint in regards of the delivery of my mobile phone. It was send by f1infoservices in noida-ndp. It reached destination in first week of august (5/8/2020). But the staff from ecom express branch here mr. Ashique ks in nedumangad-ndm called me and told they can't deliver it to me in time due to covid. I understood and gave them 1 week time which they asked for. They havent contacted me since that day. But today (15/8/2020) when i went there for collecting the product they are saying it was returned in 13/8/2020 and now i have to call back my sender and tell them to resend the product. Now i have to wait again 1 month to recieve product. This is sheer negligance from the part of your company. I have given them enough time to deliver the product and still they didn't deliver. When i asked them they were angry to me saying i should go and complaint. They didn't even mindto say sorry for their mistakes whuch they should have. This is not acceptable and is not the right behaviour towards customers. I sincerely hope you would see to this case and take necessary actions. Ref airwaybill [protected]

                      I have booked a product while i track it showed that it reached my town on 4th august 2020 and the delivery boy did not called me i called the delivery boy he asked me to come to office and collect such a worst service company provides i asked him the delivery boy to come to my house and deliver he said ok and kept a status that i refused my order (The delivery boys of this company are such irresponsible and less commitment fellows) from this only we can understand that this is a worst company ut i called customer care daily from 4th august to 14th august every day they says it will be deliver to you in 24 hours on 15th august when i see the status it shows that it has been returned and i am badly in need of my product i want my product right now ecom express is such a worst company
                      My sincere request to all you please don't order through ecom express if you order it is just a waste of time and money

                        The product "typographic t shirt" hasn't been delivered but still it's been falsely updated as delivered.
                        When i call them they say "we will resolve it"

                          I got the mail from the myntra that my number has been changed for order which is already shipped in my town to local ecom express delivery center. But still today i went to ecom ofc and they scanned my parcel for otp but still i am not getting otp. I have faced this problem from last 13 days but still i am not getting my parsals.. I don't know just givey parcels today either i am not getting otp. But i have completed all the process and mytra send me mail that my number has been updated so now it's not my issue. Just deliver my all 9 products today

                              Sir my awb no. Is [protected], it reached guwahati on 1aug and reached delivery centre on 5 of aug,, but till 14 of aug no attempts of delivery and on 15th aug what they do is they put an rto lock status on my shipment, this is utter nonsense, pathetic service by ecom express. I want my parcel and i'm even ready to go collect it if your pathetic delivery service can't deliver it. Please arrange for a delivery or contact if self collection is required.

                                Pickup delay issue

                                This is regarding my tracking id [protected]. The status has been showing pickup rescheduled for next day since 11 august. It has been 3 days but there is no improvement in the status. I don't understand what's the issue is. There are no other updates on the tracking page other than this. Seems like your system automatically reschedules my package to next day at 7 am everyday. Please look into it. Thank you....

                                  #ecomexpress they have now blocked my number
                                  My shipment[protected] is missimg since july 26th 2020
                                  Till now they said investigation and now my number is blocked by them. My number getting disconnected always when the customer service take phone. To confirm i called in anotjer number and i got them.. How worse are you.. Even i have semd message and mail many times, not a single reply..
