I am Miss. Manorama and this is in regards to my shipment from Nykaa Cosmetics Order number: NYK[protected], dispatched through Ecom Express AWB no: [protected] on 28th Feb 2023' and it reached near to my delivery address i.e. 85 Podar Centre, Podar Corporate office, Ground Floor, Parel Post Office Lane, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Parel (east), Mumbai - 400 012 on Dated: 01st March 2023 (Wednesday) early morning but till now Ecom express is not delivering my parcel, today is 03rd March but still no further update at all from Ecom express... what the hell are they doing with my parcel, I don't have any clue about it.
From the other courier companies such as Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax etc., I get so many couriers on my same delivery address without any hassle or delay and on the same day itself once my parcel reaches near to my delivery address.
However, every-time Ecom express creates such issues & trouble me for my parcel and never delivers it on time. I don't know what the problem is with ecom express, I think they purposely harass me for such stupid things, when I want my courier urgently, that only gets more delayed when it is dispatched through Ecom express.
Dated- 01st March (Wednesday) I got an SMS from Ecom that my parcel is out for delivery but nobody called or came to deliver my parcel till date from Ecom Express courier and no further update on the status of my courier... even when I have mentioned the preferred date of delivery as 02nd March when the order did not get delivered on 01st March (2 screenshot attached for proof).
I request Ecom Express to please don't harass me further and deliver my parcel today only, BECAUSE TODAY EVENING I AM TRAVELLING TO OUT STATION AND BEFORE THAT I WANT MY COURIER ANYHOW, as from tomorrow I am not available for 10 days to take the courier.
Please revert urgently and do the needful today itself... Hoping for your cooperation.
