My courier has arrived the service centre on 27th june 2020 and next day i recieved a message saying the product was not able to delivered and i rescheduled the delivery to 29th june 2020 and till now i have not got my courier. And the status is showing pickup rescheduled....

I ordered a product from amazon and it was delivered through ecom express, the delivery date was on july 1st but i still did not receive the product. Please kindly look into the product for the delivery, its a prepaid order. I gave paid the money and i still did not receive the product.

I order a track pant on 19 june in paytm. Order number:[protected].it is not delivered to me but they showing that it is delivered but I didn't recieved it.awb number-[protected].it costs 249 rupees....

I ordered a android smart watch but in when the packeg open it has a simple wrist watch i m very disappere this...

I booked a appointment on paytm to complete my paytm kyc. But on that day no one call or message me for completing kyc. Can u tell me when my issue will solve....

I ordered vivo y11 mobile from flipkart on june 26 2020. And through flipkart app i received ecom express tracking id fdsp[protected], for tracking the status of my order. But while tracking it, from ecom express website it shows message "awb number doesn't exist'. That implies that tracking id is fake or invalid.
Please help me to track down my order.

I had ordered this product last week and it says it came to my town but i haven't received it yet.
It says 'shipment rto lock' now, i guess it's going to return to origin?
I still want my product, is there any way for me to get my product soon?...

Though the package was not handed over to me, they sent the message as delivered to my phone.. Didn't deliver even after call back...

My bajaao "pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] was scheduled to be delivered today forenoon by ecom executive ph: [protected]. The person called me up and said he can only deliver the shipment after 6 pm. However, at around 6:30 pm he called up and asked for the otp before the shipment would be delivered to me. I told him that i will give the otp to him when he arrives with the shipment in person. Hearing this, he disconnected the call. When...

I ordered a grinder on flipkart on June 23rd. It was shipped on 25th and i recieved an SMS and a notification showing that EcomExpress is the shipper with the tracking ID starting with FDSP. When i enter the ID into the EcomExpress website to track my parcel, i get an error stating that the AWB number is invalid.
It has been a week since the parcel has shipped and still no update on the parcel nor the link.
It is really frustrating...

I have not received the order but i received the message that order is delivered already. I am cheated now as i have paid money for the product in advance....

Ecom express waybill no [protected]

The shipment reached sultanpur - stn delivery center on 28th june, 2020 but is not delivered till 1st july, 2020, the time i am writing this complaint.

The shipment is very urgent and the ecom express customer care is not able to provide any solution till now. I have repeatedly called their customer care but they are not giving any kind of written assurance about the delivery...

Please provide my delivery...

Myntra send me a message that your order has been shipped on 22 june. From that day ecom showing pickup rescheduled everyday. My order has not been picked since last 9 days. Please pickup and deliver order as early as possible....

Wrong product delivery...

I haven't received the product that I have ordered from Flipkart but the status showing delivered. I have raised the complaint about the issue with Flipkart as well as Ecom Express. They never responded properly. The order I'd they given is not found the tracking details. Order id-FDSP[protected]

I ordered a product on myntra with awb number [protected] on 22nd of june and it is 30th of june and they have been showing 'pickup rescheduled' for the last three days as it is seen in the image i pasted. The product got packaged too late and now the delivery process is being delayed, which was unexpected. So please help me with this so that i can have it delivered as soon as possible....
