Product was cancelled on 19th June, seller is Reliance Digital. ECom is supposed to return the product to the seller post which refund will be initiated, however, Reliance customer care has notified that even after a cancellation on 20th June, the product is yet to be returned to them due to which they are refusing to issue my refund. Your portal shows "Shipment RTO Lock", please confirm where in the world is the product so that I can get my money back
