My shipment tracking number [protected].
My myntra order no 114445522562988343903.

I ordered the item on myntra on 19th june 2020. And the shipment tracking id is assigned on 23rd june 2020,
According to this in ecom express portal also it shows they received the information on 23rd june 2020. After that everyday they have reschedule the pickup. Initially i contacted ecom express they told that the problem is from shopping portal. After that i contacted myntra they told that the product will be delivered. But now on ecom express its showing "shipment rto lock" for my tracking number. I contacted the customer care its now telling my tracking number as invalid number.
I want my item and i have also prepaid for that, please make it deliverables as both ecom express and myntra both promised but not delivered it.

        Ur executive called me on 6th july for awb#[protected] & i couldn't pick the call, in the evening on reaching him he is asking me to come & collect the parcel from his place/office. Contacted customer care & twitter handle there is no proper update on this.

          My order from myntra as showing shipped on 23rd and the expected date of delivery is 9th but still my project was not delivered yet... When i track my order always it showing pickup reschedule.. What can i do know i have my brday on 15th... Lockdown has been announcing in banglore from wednesday onwards.. Can i get my product between.. Or else i will cancel it how can i wait for 15 days

          I think you are playing with us i am waiting from 23rd June from that day also it's showing shipment rescheduled and now after 15 days its now showing shipment rto lock what This means I think u don't have done any attempt to delivery that how should you do this 🙄🙄

            The ecomm customer executive called me and gave reasons to not deliver item. It's been 4 days and no sign of delivery. Tracking shows that i pushed delivery which i did not. They are misrepresenting the info and trying to not deliver the item. Awb #: [protected].

            Please help as i am not getting any response from this company.

              I ordered 26th july one watch... Amazon team shipped item and handover to ecom express courier partners 1st july.. But courier not moved after 1st july... Today date 11th july.. Still same status reflected for tracking...10 days no movement of tracking... I enquired 4 times for both amazon customer care and also ecom express customer care... Both are told shipped at correct time period... But today out of date of shipping tat. Ecom express customer care confidentiality told me will resolve the query with in 24 hours for 4 days before... And once 2 days before also.. But still no movement of tracking.. This is very worst service... My tracking no..[protected]

                  Where is the docket? Pl look in to this and take it seriously the agents are not working as per you policies and ethics.
                  This is not fair. Since, one week i have been tracking the docket and in final stage the agent is not involved properly and with out delivering the items up loaded as delivered.

                        I have ordered 4g dongle from one online site and i paida 200₹ extra for delivery. Ecom picked the product from bangalore and brought in chennai.. It reached in hub in 3 days before but from 4 days they are not delivering and also not updating the product. Totally fraud company. No customer respect.

                                Product was cancelled on 19th June, seller is Reliance Digital. ECom is supposed to return the product to the seller post which refund will be initiated, however, Reliance customer care has notified that even after a cancellation on 20th June, the product is yet to be returned to them due to which they are refusing to issue my refund. Your portal shows "Shipment RTO Lock", please confirm where in the world is the product so that I can get my money back

                                  Sir i have an order for that carrier service is given to ecom. My packet is ready on same same day. Now it's become 2 days no one has coming for pickup and status showing shipment is not ready. Someone is not doing his job perfectly for that i have to pay penalty. Please contact to carrier boy who assign for the duty. And tell him how to do work.

When I called the customer care they are saying the product will not delivered. There is no intimation from them and now they are saying the product will not be delivered now.
