Awb number [protected] on 17.02.2020 i received message like your product will be delivered today but still i didn't receive my product but they updated status as product delivered. I have visited that courier office they convinced me don't raise any complaints we will deliver your product by tomorrow that is 20.20.2020 but still no one called me or came to my address updated mobile number is my registered number only. This is not 1st time i am facing this issue on 3rd time i will not let this time if i didn't get my product surely i will escalate this to consumer court

    I have ordered my product on thu 13 feb and the delivery date was 16 but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening plz improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is #nyk[protected]...

    I ordered a shipment from myntra on 17th february. The status update is showing "pick up rescheduled" for the past 2 days. I had a similar experience with ecom express earlier, where the update showed pick up rescheduled for around 10 days and only after the said deadline of delivery was the item transported. This is why i am submitting a complaint this earlier so as to draw your attention to the issue as i can't take a similar experience once again. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and do the needful.

      I ordered a product from amazon.in and it was delivered by your courier awb no. [protected]. It was scheduled on 24th of feb.
      But i got a message from your side on 17th feb 2:41pm that the order is delivered successfully. But i didn't got my product.
      The delivery boy neither called me nor came to my home, then how he can deliver it. I didn't got any contact number either.
      Kindly tell me where you delivered it.
      Please help me asap.

I called and asked customer care services and they informed the problem with delivery service and then i called ecom customer care and he replied the medicines will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and till now i didn't get my medicines.           Jis bande ne mere address se product pickup kíya hai use call karta hu to kehta hai office chale jaao aur office ka address bhi nahí batata hai.

            I had ordered a package from dailyorder app and my pincode had a mismatch then i corrected it and sent now it's 2 weeks still i dint get my order it comes out for delivery but no1 picks the call nor omes to order it... This is very bad... That no1 responds to anything it's a pre booked order so i want my money back my order number is [protected]
            And it's showing customer is unavailable how stupid it is

            I want as soon as possible or I want a refund... Enough is enough this is heights without even calling how can you respond telling customer not available you guys are playing with the order... And it's something customised I need it soon
            I have ordered from ajio and it's is delivered by ecom service. It's very concerning as when I took the tracking link by ecom I can see that my order is at thriprayar which is very far away from my address given in ajio and it is showing it is out for delivery there. And when ecom service contacted me I couldn't pick up the call so I called back they asked me the pin and I typed the pin accordingly given in the message of ecom service but everytime I try it it is showing incorrect pin my order no is[protected]

            By mistake I mentioned pincode was wrong ..., Courier person called to me I said correct pincode 2 days over their is no response, I called to meesho they said pls cancel when courier person called, they dint not called me after that the courier is in Chennai office but I don't know even place to collect, I called to ecom courier service they saying contact meesho...
            What is going on both side 6 courier's they not delivered not returned pls tell me solution

              I had purchased a handheld controller for mobile from online retailer club factory, for whom ecom express pvt. Ltd is the delivery/courier agent.
              I had received an sms stating
              "dear customer, your club factory"pre-paid"shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: xxxxxxxxxxx"

              I was waiting on 12/02/2020 for the delivery agents/courier agents to contact me for the exact location (Though i had given the correct and complete address). Nothing was delivered.
              The next day, 13/02/2020, also, i waited and nothing was delivered by evening. Then i checked my sms again and i see this message
              "your club factory order awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]"

              No one from ecom express had contacted me to guide them to the location and they had the audacity to falsely state on the awb tracking system on 12/02/2020 that
              "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - wrong address"
              And later on 13/02/2020 that
              "shipment un-delivered delivery attempt to be made"

              I had contacted ecom customer care and they informed that they have scheduled the delivery of the parcel on 14/02/2020 and they have initiated action against those who falsely stated that the address was wrong.

              Today, 14/02/2020, i waited till evening and contacted the ecom customer care and was informed that the delivery schedule is between 8.00 am -8.00 pom and the delivery would be surely made before 8.00 pm.
              Now, 8.00 pm is over and nothing has been delivered.
              I called ecom customer care again and they are repeating the same stuff that the executive will contact me and the delivery will be made.

              I have had many deliveries from amazon, flipkart done. If the delivery executives dont know my location, they would call me and get directions. This is not the case with ecom.

              This is so far, the lousiest delivery/courier company i have encountered.

                I have booked a product from flipkart and it has been shipped via ecom express. The delivery boy didn't delivered my product till now but i have received delivery message few days back. I have registered a complaint in flipkart but they are not responding please help to me find my product. And the delivery boys is also not responding correctly. They are fooling us very badly.

                May courier is laying on the courier office for a past 6 days...courier boy still not come to my location to deliver my courier and also didn't make a call to me...but they put status in tracking that customers not available...                   I ordered for body shaper and it wasn't the color and size... I want and exchange of the product I tired calling the number given in message received

                  Your MONKANDSOCIAL "CoD" shipment [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM Executive Ph: [protected] PIN: [protected] Please Keep Rs 1499.0 ready for payment.

                  But when I entered the AWD number it said it's wrong number and got cut...

                  I called up ecom express contact number and they gave me the ordered link...I asked them how to contact them..they never gave a proper reply.. But it was an advertisement on Instagram from where I ordered and it was delivered by ecom express club factory...

                  Could someone help me getting an exchange or return back the money.

                  I bought a cloth from myntra rs 494.
                  He not giving back change. I gave change he said this note is not valid then I changed 20 rs. Note. He do all this thing to not refund a change.

                    I have bought ezee shirts product in viral deals, order # [protected] & awb [protected], in this product is defective and size too small i orderd 42 but you sent from 34, what a wonderfiull services yours. So i have returned order and please transfer/refund my money to through paytm was paid. It to viral deals.
                    While tracking through tracking id it is showing as delivered to security person, but in the viral deal customer support is lieing that they haven't receive the product yet. Please help me out.

                    I have bought Ezee shirts product in viral deals, order # [protected] & AWB [protected], in this product is defective and size too small i orderd 42size but you sent from 34size, what a wonderfiull services yours.so i have returned order and please transfer/refund my money to through paytm was paid .it to viral deals.
                    while tracking through tracking id it is showing as delivered to security person, but in the viral deal customer support is lieing that they haven't receive the product yet. please help me out.

                            I ordered a product from Bata. Today the delivery guy called at the number i've given and told that he will call when he reach the landmark i've given but he didn't called or delivered the product. When i check the status online it shows delivered in the website.A message i got is attached with this. The awb number and pin number is in that message.                                 Order for fastag through paytm where the order has not received by me. I have made this order through paytm. The order says it was delivered to the address. But the proof of delivery is signed with a letter and they show that as a proof that it is delivered. The sign should be atleast the person name or atleast first letter of the reciever where as the name of the deliver person is prabhakar but the deliver proof just says "r" written. I have raised complaint in ecom express with awb [protected] provided but i see they have neither verified the order delivery status nor updated me agian on the complaint. Paytm support also doesnt respond properly to the complaint. I suspect the delivery agent must not have gone to the location to deliver it instead as it is 40kms away from the location provided in site "manthani". I need a resolution on this fastly.

                                I have received the delivery today . How can this delivery came out now . This shows your irresponsibility to the customers delivery details. The item was not delivered to the customer but the tracking shows as delivered . Once I raised the complaint here, then the order was sent to the location . This is how you do the work assuming that consumer might not doing anything.

                                  I ordered a product from medlife. It has to be delivered on 06/02/2020. The delivery boy called me at 2:01 pm to receive the package but i was not present there, as i was in my college so i asked him to come after 4:00 pm. But at 2:53 pm i have received a message from medlife that the package has been delivered. Status of tracking no provided also shows that the package has been delivered but i haven't received any package and without my confirmation how i get the message of "package delivered".
                                  I thought to wait till 4:00 pm as i have asked the delivery boy to come after 4:00 pm, but i didn't get any response from the delivery boy. I tried to call back to the same number to which i have received the call for delivery.
                                  But i was unable to reach.
                                  I thought to wait till the next day but then also i did not get my package.

                                  Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.
