I ordered from pharmeasy and it was couriered through ecom express. The delivery called vut i was out of station so couldn't receive the order and i told him i will take it later. But after a few minutes, i received a message saying order is delivered. I called him many times but he's was not at all picking my call.

Just tell me how can an order be markes as delivered without customer receiving it.

    The consignment was sent by myntra using their partner courier ecom express. Myntra never took responsibility on tracking the below courier and advised us to deal with them directly.

    Courier with tracking number [protected] is not delivered to me till date. I got a mail from myntra on nov 7th 2019 that my order has been delivered but i didn’t get it. When i called myntra, they provided me with the tracking number and asked me to contact ecom express. So, i called the ecom express customer care and raised a complaint on this. Later i called them several times till date and every time i call them they say that their team is looking into the issue and they will give me an update within 24 to 48 hours which never happened. Sometimes they place my call on hold for a very long time and they even cut my call in between. It is very pathetic experience with ecom express customer service. I even spoke to their next level managers but of no use. I told them to refund my amount if they cannot resolve the issue but they didn’t do that as well.

    In one line, these people are very unprofessional.

    I believe that this item has been stolen by the courier staff or misplaced and hiding the truth.

    I am seller and I have ready order of customer from last 4 days but no one come for pick up and whenever I call him then they denied our talk. Request to change service provider in Surat as soon as possible.

        Always having bad experience from e com express.I booked paytm kyc, on the booked date a person called me from e com and he said he will come that day afternoon I waited for him till night but no one came.And last I got a message that saying we tried but couldn't complete the process.After that I rescheduled the appointment and the same was happened...

        Ordered smart watch worth 1999 but recieved a fake watch worth 100 rs there is no refund policy also tried calling back the delivery boy but now call is going to ecomexpress care i want my money back, company is selling fake products to customers it's a big scam going on, why people are being cheated hope severe action will be taken against the company

          I ordered an item at nykaa and 2day at 9:30am i received a msg dat my order was out for delivery at 1:30pm the delivery boy rang me. I told him dat it was my official address n m back to home. So i told him that i will be able to collect it to my residential address orelse i wud collect the order on next working day i. E on monday. The delivery boy immediately refused it by saying dat on monday the order will not be delivered. And asked me to come to a place which was far away from my residence i tld him dat i wud talk to nykaa customer care executive officer and i ended the call. The delivery boy again called me n started behaving rudely he tld me that there r lots of orders n not only mine i tld him that i had also paid delivery charges like others. Then suddenly he started shouting and abusing me. When i told him to shutup he started using slang language. I thnk ecom express courier tinsukia should be very carefull while they select delivery agents. Inspite of selecting gundas u select decent and unemployed boys. M very disappointed wid d service of ecom express courier.

            I recieved club factory parcel, some problems so i retune to back, i submit requests to ecom,
            I call to your employee in kapadvanj he say to me pick boy come at your location in one hour,
            I call after 1 hour again say me, give me more one hour, but after 5 hours he will not come,
            After i call he say to me send my complain..

              I have requested for return pick up of a product (Tracking #[protected] on 04 feb 2020 but haven't got any call from this courier till now and whenever i called them they give false promises to pick the product in future dates. I have spoken with customer care executive more than 6 times and they keep saying the same standard note 'we will make another pickup attempt'. I just tried calling them today as well and they said 'system is not working, please call after sometime'- this shows the level of service that they provide to customer. I'm giving my details below, please reach out to me if any question.

                Awb number [protected] on 17.02.2020 i received message like your product will be delivered today but still i didn't receive my product but they updated status as product delivered. I have visited that courier office they convinced me don't raise any complaints we will deliver your product by tomorrow that is 20.20.2020 but still no one called me or came to my address updated mobile number is my registered number only. This is not 1st time i am facing this issue on 3rd time i will not let this time if i didn't get my product surely i will escalate this to consumer court

                  I ordered a shipment from myntra on 17th february. The status update is showing "pick up rescheduled" for the past 2 days. I had a similar experience with ecom express earlier, where the update showed pick up rescheduled for around 10 days and only after the said deadline of delivery was the item transported. This is why i am submitting a complaint this earlier so as to draw your attention to the issue as i can't take a similar experience once again. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and do the needful.

                        Mere address se product pickup ho gayaa hai lekin, mujhe everyday óut for pickup ka message aata hai.
                        Jis bande ne mere address se product pickup kíya hai use call karta hu to kehta hai office chale jaao aur office ka address bhi nahí batata hai.

                          I had ordered a package from dailyorder app and my pincode had a mismatch then i corrected it and sent now it's 2 weeks still i dint get my order it comes out for delivery but no1 picks the call nor omes to order it...                           I have ordered from ajio and it's is delivered by ecom service. It's very concerning as when I took the tracking link by ecom I can see that my order is at thriprayar which is very far away from my address given in ajio and it is showing it is out for delivery there. And when ecom service contacted me I couldn't pick up the call so I called back they asked me the pin and I typed the pin accordingly given in the message of ecom service but everytime I try it it is showing incorrect pin my order no is[protected]

                          What is going on both side 6 courier's they not delivered not returned pls tell me solution

                            I had purchased a handheld controller for mobile from online retailer club factory, for whom ecom express pvt. Ltd is the delivery/courier agent.
                            I had received an sms stating
                            "dear customer, your club factory"pre-paid"shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: xxxxxxxxxxx"

                            I was waiting on 12/02/2020 for the delivery agents/courier agents to contact me for the exact location (Though i had given the correct and complete address). Nothing was delivered.
                            The next day, 13/02/2020, also, i waited and nothing was delivered by evening. Then i checked my sms again and i see this message
                            "your club factory order awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]"

                            No one from ecom express had contacted me to guide them to the location and they had the audacity to falsely state on the awb tracking system on 12/02/2020 that
                            "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - wrong address"
                            And later on 13/02/2020 that
                            "shipment un-delivered delivery attempt to be made"

                            I had contacted ecom customer care and they informed that they have scheduled the delivery of the parcel on 14/02/2020 and they have initiated action against those who falsely stated that the address was wrong.

                            Today, 14/02/2020, i waited till evening and contacted the ecom customer care and was informed that the delivery schedule is between 8.00 am -8.00 pom and the delivery would be surely made before 8.00 pm.
                            Now, 8.00 pm is over and nothing has been delivered.
                            I called ecom customer care again and they are repeating the same stuff that the executive will contact me and the delivery will be made.

                            I have had many deliveries from amazon, flipkart done. If the delivery executives dont know my location, they would call me and get directions. This is not the case with ecom.

                            This is so far, the lousiest delivery/courier company i have encountered.

                            I ordered from melange box a pack of four t'shirts (post paid) the delivery guy refused and misbehaved to which he didn't deliver the product to the address, later I got a confirmation message stating 'your order AwB [protected] as the address was unlocatable" From the Hojai Branch, It's not the first time the delivery agent misbehaved and ask for extra charges whenever I ordered any products. Please resolve this I need my product to be delivered and take strict action against it.

                              I have booked a product from flipkart and it has been shipped via ecom express. The delivery boy didn't delivered my product till now but i have received delivery message few days back. I have registered a complaint in flipkart but they are not responding please help to me find my product. And the delivery boys is also not responding correctly. They are fooling us very badly.

                              May courier is laying on the courier office for a past 6 days...courier boy still not come to my location to deliver my courier and also didn't make a call to me...but they put status in tracking that customers not available...                                 I ordered for body shaper and it wasn't the color and size... I want and exchange of the product I tired calling the number given in message received

                                Your MONKANDSOCIAL "CoD" shipment [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM Executive Ph: [protected] PIN: [protected] Please Keep Rs 1499.0 ready for payment.

                                But when I entered the AWD number it said it's wrong number and got cut...

                                I called up ecom express contact number and they gave me the ordered link...I asked them how to contact them..they never gave a proper reply.. But it was an advertisement on Instagram from where I ordered and it was delivered by ecom express club factory...

                                Could someone help me getting an exchange or return back the money.

                                He not giving back change. I gave change he said this note is not valid then I changed 20 rs. Note. He do all this thing to not refund a change.
