delivery not received yet ofd lock applied since last 4 days

My awb no is [protected]
And my order was shipped on 23rd november and i didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 4 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 4 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.
Please help me.

      Very Nice, can't you see that my problem is not related to product at all. All i am saying this that you guys are not picking up my shipment in spite of sending the message that " keep your shipment ready, it will be picked today " and in evening your sending pickup was not done as you were not available.

      Such a pathetic services you are providing.

      if you can't provide the services properly then why the hack you take order to deliver it.

      You shouldn't have include it at all.

      Who will responsible if my product will not get return and who will bear the price??

        Its has been 20 days since i have purchased fastag from paytm. It says delivery within 7 days but still now my fasttag is not been shipped and blocked at courier vendor. Paytm team is not responding properly even though i raised tickets multiple times.

        No proper response from paytm as well as from ecom express. Now the status is showing as rto, though they have not called me single time regarding the courier delivery.

        Please resolve my issue asap.

        Now today when i checked the status of my AWB number for FASTAG, it shows my order has been returned for no reason. They have not mention any reason for my order and it has been almost 20 days.

        Please let me know whether you can deliver my order or not. PAYTM people is also not responding properly from my side. When ever i asked for an update, they are giving me the AWB number.

        I have no idea on my wait time to receive my fastag.

          This is to inform you that your ecom express courier office is located in sagar (M. P.) so i called regarding my myntra return pickup so they were making me fool continuously i called them to cancel my return pickup but whenever i call them they says that we will cancel but they are not cancelling so i request you that please provide your franchise to a valuable person so that they can handle and resolve the issue of their customer.
          Another issue is that in sagar (M. P.) their is a delivery agent in ecom courier who deliver the courier door to door his name is abhi he is too arrogant person when ever he comes to deliver the courier he never talk politely and he always shows his attitude and he says that if you want this courier so take it silently otherwise i will going to cancle it.
          I request you to kindly take a strict or a proper action on them.

              I purchased one material from kiran boutique at jaipur rajasthan.
              I got return pickup ecom express courier from shipper end on 6th nov. But courier people doesn't contact me and doesn't come for return pickup. And they send one msg rescheduled but still didn't pick the product. On 8th nov i sent to courier with my husband with courier office only. And i packed the product and taped with brown tape and pasted invoice what i receive from the seller. It's small packet. But seller receives different product with same invoice. Dress material is changed. I have send one material with packet and seller receives different material. Something goes wrong in middle. And when i ask to courier office said that they don't know. And this courier structure in nellore hub so many days. That material is costly. U have taken photos once u proceed the courier. I need help from ur end. Where gone wrong.

                  I was supposed to receive my package on 22nd and today is 28th, i called their customer service 4 days in a row, everytime i called the customer care they would tell me my order will be delivered in 24 hours eventually the last day i got fed up and asked them to email what they told me so i know that they have acknowledged my problem and are actively working to fix it and provide me updates along the way however i have been the one who as been calling them all along all this time and the only thing they tell me is they can't do anything about it and that my order will be delivered in 24 hours and they even refused to send me an email

                            I am an instagram seller. My customer manvi sapra bought two handbags from me of same designs but in different colours. As the product was imported so i ordered them for my customer. Tracking id of the products are : pink bag- [protected]; grey bag-[protected]. When the first bag arrived i.e., the grey one the total amount written on the invouce was ₹960 (one bag cost ₹480). The delivery boy asked the customer that she has to pay this amount and next bag will be deliverd free of cost. When 2nd bag arrived i.e., pink one, delivery mam was again asking for the money. He told the customer that her money will be returned by the previous deliver boy but he did'nt. He is not taking the call. Please help ask your courier boy to return the money to the customer i.e., ₹480. I am attaching pics of invoice, pic of bags along with courier boy contact no. Kindly help me.

                                My Club factory order not delivered but they mentioned as delivered in their site but iam not received the product.
                                I suspect on delivery person may mislead this order. And customer care also not responded properly.
                                Every time I called to customer service they told it's under process wait for 24hrs to 48hrs but didn't take any action about my case
                                Via email I received responses after 3 days that was very poor service.

                                  Amazon booked product neither delivered nor contacted. But i received an sms stating that they attempted the delivery on 25/11/2019 actually yesterday 24/11/2019 i called the delivery boy after seeing a missed call and he asked me to collect the product from the facility centre at payyanur. I disagree with him.
                                  But today i was stunned by seeing an sms that ecom express attempted the delivery.
                                  It is not fair i am going to suite a complaint against them if they deliver the product in my address within the stipulated date and time.

                                    The product was ordered from flipkart.
                                    It is the fault of ecom express that the delivery man did not come to deliver and cancelled it on his own decision.
                                    The delivery attempt was made on 3 days
                                    He did not even call me on 2 days and 1 day he forgot to bring my parcel.
                                    I could not call him because the delivery man uses company's mobile number so when we call them it connect in the company and we could not reach to the delivery man.

                                      If you guys accepted the shipment from the sender and delivery is your responsibility,

                                      I never seen this kind of worst peoples to whom the company paying.

                                      I have been booked a product in cinthol official website. Awb num : [protected].

                                      They out the product for delivery 3 times but the executive dint come to my place.

                                      And the funniest status was i requested for the rescheduled the delivery, with out my notice how you guys updated the status.

                                      After that i visited the ecom office, even office word dont deserve for madanapalle location.

                                      I met with the supervisor mr. Tangam. He is a such a great guy to collapse the business.

                                      Mr. Tangam told that my shipment was in rad, he wont get any thing for that, he got fresh shipments 500 for fad, he need to close that, so he dint given me the shipment he shut the door and went for delivery with out caring me.

                                      For the ecom team if you guys is not interested to work kindly dont work at least we wont suffer. There are lots of competitors in a market they will work for us.
