India's worst and fake courier delivery service.
I ordered a battery on amazon and the seller and amazon chose ecom express courier to deliver my product. My courier was shipped on 11th nov 2019 and i got a notification that it will be delivered on 18th nov 2019. On the 18th morning, i got a message stating out for delivery from amazon portal.
No one came and no one contacted me and they falsely updated a fake update in amazon stating that delivery attempted and customer isn't at home. I stay in an apartment and all the entries and exits are logged and tracked and there was no entry from ecom or amazon for my flat that day and there are always people in my home available 24 hours. When i saw that upate on 18th evening, i called amazon and they assured me that they will raise a compliant with ecom and assured me that delivery will be attempted again the next day.
3 days passed by from nov 18th and no one contacted me, i again called amazon and they raised another compliant, asked me to contact ecom customer service and i told them the update is incorrect and a false one and they acknowledge stating they will reattempt the delivery tomorrow.
Next day at 5 pm in the evening i get a call from ecom delivery center asking for the address, my address is on the mainroad beside to a police station and a popular area and i sensed that it was just a name sake call and i enquired dont they really know the police station address in my area and he said yeah yeah we know, we just called to confirm and we will deliver the product and no one comes still and they again updated a false and fake comment stating delivery delayed on customer request.
The next day i again called amazon stating its a fake update because i asked them to deliver it and no one turned out, and they raised a compliant again with ecom and also to seller... The seller seems to be a equally pathetic seller because he said check with amazon again, i left a message on their portal and they reverted stating it will be delivered again. No one comes by, i again called the ecom customer care the next day morning and they assured that it will be delivered today for sure and i need not worry, i should have it by 8o clock, i called again the customer service by 8o clock and they said it will be delivered in 3 days time and acknowledge that they do not have enough resources and all the shipments are delayed. They have wated my valuable time and energy trying to sort this out. I paid money for the product which includes the shipment delivery. I would like to raise an official compliant agains ecom for the delay, false assurances, false and fake updates and not delivering my product, it is my money and i exepect it to be delivered as was committed.
I have all the phone calls recorded and i can show my apartments register where all entries are tracked.
I want ecom to pay for my time lost and bear the expenses for my non delivery of the product.
