    I was supposed to receive my package on 22nd and today is 28th, i called their customer service 4 days in a row, everytime i called the customer care they would tell me my order will be delivered in 24 hours eventually the last day i got fed up and asked them to email what they told me so i know that they have acknowledged my problem and are actively working to fix it and provide me updates along the way however i have been the one who as been calling them all along all this time and the only thing they tell me is they can't do anything about it and that my order will be delivered in 24 hours and they even refused to send me an email

      Hi team,

      There was a message on 14th november, 2019 for the delivery of the product. On the same day a complaint was raised regarding this and though with several calls each day from 14th nov as of today also there is no resolution received (Tracking no. [protected]). Request you to either to deliver the product or else to refund the amount.

        When my product reach at courier office bhopalgarh and delivery boy call me and he told me that your product is very heavy so I can't deliver at your address then you have to come at courier office and collect your product. But I say that I can't come there.

              I am an instagram seller. My customer manvi sapra bought two handbags from me of same designs but in different colours. As the product was imported so i ordered them for my customer. Tracking id of the products are : pink bag- [protected]; grey bag-[protected]. When the first bag arrived i.e., the grey one the total amount written on the invouce was ₹960 (one bag cost ₹480). The delivery boy asked the customer that she has to pay this amount and next bag will be deliverd free of cost. When 2nd bag arrived i.e., pink one, delivery mam was again asking for the money. He told the customer that her money will be returned by the previous deliver boy but he did'nt. He is not taking the call. Please help ask your courier boy to return the money to the customer i.e., ₹480. I am attaching pics of invoice, pic of bags along with courier boy contact no. Kindly help me.

                    Amazon booked product neither delivered nor contacted. But i received an sms stating that they attempted the delivery on 25/11/2019 actually yesterday 24/11/2019 i called the delivery boy after seeing a missed call and he asked me to collect the product from the facility centre at payyanur. I disagree with him.
                    But today i was stunned by seeing an sms that ecom express attempted the delivery.
                    It is not fair i am going to suite a complaint against them if they deliver the product in my address within the stipulated date and time.

                      The product was ordered from flipkart.
                      It is the fault of ecom express that the delivery man did not come to deliver and cancelled it on his own decision.
                      The delivery attempt was made on 3 days
                      He did not even call me on 2 days and 1 day he forgot to bring my parcel.
                      I could not call him because the delivery man uses company's mobile number so when we call them it connect in the company and we could not reach to the delivery man.

                        If you guys accepted the shipment from the sender and delivery is your responsibility,

                        I never seen this kind of worst peoples to whom the company paying.

                        I have been booked a product in cinthol official website. Awb num : [protected].

                        They out the product for delivery 3 times but the executive dint come to my place.

                        And the funniest status was i requested for the rescheduled the delivery, with out my notice how you guys updated the status.

                        After that i visited the ecom office, even office word dont deserve for madanapalle location.

                        I met with the supervisor mr. Tangam. He is a such a great guy to collapse the business.

                        Mr. Tangam told that my shipment was in rad, he wont get any thing for that, he got fresh shipments 500 for fad, he need to close that, so he dint given me the shipment he shut the door and went for delivery with out caring me.

                        For the ecom team if you guys is not interested to work kindly dont work at least we wont suffer. There are lots of competitors in a market they will work for us.

                          India's worst and fake courier delivery service.

                          I ordered a battery on amazon and the seller and amazon chose ecom express courier to deliver my product. My courier was shipped on 11th nov 2019 and i got a notification that it will be delivered on 18th nov 2019. On the 18th morning, i got a message stating out for delivery from amazon portal.

                          No one came and no one contacted me and they falsely updated a fake update in amazon stating that delivery attempted and customer isn't at home. I stay in an apartment and all the entries and exits are logged and tracked and there was no entry from ecom or amazon for my flat that day and there are always people in my home available 24 hours. When i saw that upate on 18th evening, i called amazon and they assured me that they will raise a compliant with ecom and assured me that delivery will be attempted again the next day.

                          3 days passed by from nov 18th and no one contacted me, i again called amazon and they raised another compliant, asked me to contact ecom customer service and i told them the update is incorrect and a false one and they acknowledge stating they will reattempt the delivery tomorrow.

                          Next day at 5 pm in the evening i get a call from ecom delivery center asking for the address, my address is on the mainroad beside to a police station and a popular area and i sensed that it was just a name sake call and i enquired dont they really know the police station address in my area and he said yeah yeah we know, we just called to confirm and we will deliver the product and no one comes still and they again updated a false and fake comment stating delivery delayed on customer request.

                          The next day i again called amazon stating its a fake update because i asked them to deliver it and no one turned out, and they raised a compliant again with ecom and also to seller... The seller seems to be a equally pathetic seller because he said check with amazon again, i left a message on their portal and they reverted stating it will be delivered again. No one comes by, i again called the ecom customer care the next day morning and they assured that it will be delivered today for sure and i need not worry, i should have it by 8o clock, i called again the customer service by 8o clock and they said it will be delivered in 3 days time and acknowledge that they do not have enough resources and all the shipments are delayed. They have wated my valuable time and energy trying to sort this out. I paid money for the product which includes the shipment delivery. I would like to raise an official compliant agains ecom for the delay, false assurances, false and fake updates and not delivering my product, it is my money and i exepect it to be delivered as was committed.

                          I have all the phone calls recorded and i can show my apartments register where all entries are tracked.

                          I want ecom to pay for my time lost and bear the expenses for my non delivery of the product.

But still the order is not delivered to me. I see again the message to find out the number of delivery boy but in the message there was no any number of delivery boy. I have cod for the product to ecom exe.. i have received fake product. I informed ecom to stop payment .. they are not doing... I think ecom team is intentionally tied up and encouraging such things...

                                I placed an order of fast tag from paytm (Order no. [protected]) on 4th of november, 2019 and the delivery date was estimated to be on 18th of november but today is 23 november and i am yet to receive my order and the new date as of now is 25th which i am sure will change too. Also, the government will start levying fine on cars without fast tag from december 1 so who will be responsible i don't know.
                                It shows the customer was not available even though no delivery attempts have been made and i haven't received any calls from the delivery company ie ecom express. The parcel is supposed to be in the same city but it hasn't been delivered yet.
                                I have constantly tried to send messages/ call both paytm and ecom but all in vain. They haven't even bothered to check on this matter even one single time. It is highly irresponsible for them to accept the payment of the order and then show this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism when they have to deliver their services.

                                We ourselves went and collected it from one of their office since they didn’t contact us or pick up the calls. When asked when they were going to deliver it, they said another 4-5 days which shows how irresponsible and bad their service is.

                                  While cheking the stauts it showing that the product was deliveried on november 1. But i didnt recieved the product
