My awb shipment number is [protected]. On 24th oct i received a text stating that my product will get delivered on that day. However, i did not received any call. After calling the delivery executive, he said that due to rain, will not be able to deliver the product and will deliver once the rain stop (Though it was bright sunny day). I did not received my product. I received another text on 26th stating that the shipment will get delivered on 26th but still no call and no delivery was attempt.
Since then, i have called the customer care on [protected] end number of times and no body is helping me. I called again on 1st nov, where in one executive by the name of devender kumar stated that he can not help me as they are facing some internal issue. I asked him that i need to speak to some supervisor but he refused. After asking almost for more then 15 times, he disconnected the call. I called again on the same number and spoke to imtiyaz stating my concern and also informed him about the previous advisors behaviour. After asking for supervisor, he put my call on hold for 30 minutes and again the call got disconnected. Later i spoke to muskan (On either on 1st or on 2nd nov) and she confirmed that she will transfer the call to the supervisor. However, she connected my call to another customer and the issue was not resolved. I spoke to another agent today and he confirmed that the package will be delivered by today itself by 8 pm; however, still no call and no text.
I don't understand that why my package is not delivered so far and what i need to do to get my package as i have already paid for it. All the advisor in customer service (With whom i spoke) were unhelpful and was not even able to speak proper english.
Please help me in resolving this issue and deliver my package as soon as possible as i have to travel soon.

But i haven't recieved any order but it is showing in paytm mall app that the item has already delivered to me.
Now i want to know where is my order?
