My nam is shibila ordered a product from online with offer free product with therei didn't get exact product only free product is reached my hand actual product not get. The delivery boy leave the place after i check the pack, it contain only free product why this happen. Pleas take action.. My cash is gone i ddint get the actual product.. U delivered...

I have ordered through some website and it was shipped using ecom express, the product was defective, damaged.
They don't even have the information of the person who registered this shipment with them.

It was a fraud company on the other site, they don't even check for authenticity, they take whatever you give them to deliver no matter who you are.

Delivery boy update undeliver and i receive a sms and immediately I call customer care that i need this package so reattempt this package again tomorrow. I am glad to know that the product was delivered a bit fast but i am also upset with the product as well because it was turn out to be different from the thing i have ordered for. Kindly refund the amount i have paid the courier boy and tack the product back where it is supposed to be returned.
